The only down side was some of the staff were less than happy. But i put this down to default parisian behaviour / my french being terrible. Also, hard work getting any food or drink service by the pool. But as mentioned, the carefour express is literally next door so could just get drinks and snacks there for half the price.

Lovely clean spacious hotel. The deluxe rooms were massive and well appointed. Great pool (a touch cold) and fitness centre. Breakfast buffet good and the attached restaurant good with a good range of steak. Location excellent, carrefour express right next door for essentials, a quality shopping mall 5 mins walk away, with great range of shops and food. Also just next to sports centre for racket sports and ice skating. Forest very close for nature walks also. Central Paris just a 15 min uber away, but hotel also right next to tram station. All in all an excellent location, safe, quiet.

The pool was a little cold, but that's all I could fault.

Excellent location for Versaille or Paris (or both as we did). Also the excellent westfield shopping centre just over the road made this well placed for shopping, cinema and restaurants. Staff were very helpful

They charged 200 euro deposit during check in although our reservation was prepaid. As we were not informed before hand either by booking or the hotel ,this was an unpleasant experience.

The attention to détail … cleaning , change of towels should be everyday also the bed shits as I Pay it daily and for a 4 star hôtel its the minimum required also 2 guests 2 bottle of water not one for two … this is a bit disappointing for a 4 star hôtel

unfortunately, I had trouble in breakfast. the situation is that staff in the breakfast is unfriendly and mix myself with other tour group despite I clarified my status. I was impolitely accused several times when I wanted cafe from automated machine. More than two staff insisted me to pay extra. Finally, they found their mistakes and apologized. It was not good start in the morning. I was staying at 5th floor and for unknown reasons the room is noise, from tubes or what (I guess). I reported to the reception. Hopefully it can be fixed for next guest.

Overall it is a good stay overnight except an accident in my breakfast described below. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. free parking is excellent

I didn’t like the superior room at all I believe it should bare a different name or have some improvements done for the price they charge for it. I had to upgrade back to the deluxe on my 3rd night.

The comfort was excellent in the Deluxe room the hotel is fantastic, the staff is very helpful. The amenities are absolutely amazing!

Size of the room a bit crammed for a family of three, door s( 4 star superior room a bit over rated), door self closures slamming doors in the morning by the room maids, restaurant overpriced and food not that good, restaurant staff not coping well, waiting times very long, breakfast a bit overpriced at 17 euro with not that many options reallt). The beds mattresses were too firm to be comfortable.

Good location next to the team line and express bus linking it to Paris / metro. Free parking so I could leave my car there and take the public transport into Paris. Other facilities not tried such as gym, sauna , swimming pool ,( not open yet) .Good professional and knowledgeable Reception staff. Modern bathroom with water saving features, minibar, free water bottle and quality complimentary shampoo , shower gel.
