Uncomfortable bed, cramped bathroom. We got back from dinner and the staff member on duty locked the front door and put up a sign saying "back in 5 minutes" so we couldn't get into the hotel - nearly 10 minutes later he finally returned, no apology

Rooms are outdated. They should put little bit more effort to fix things around hotel. Bathroom sink was slightly cloged and bathroom curtain was stained at the bottom since it is very long.

I liked the location a lot. It is very close to Seine, Louvre, Notre Dame. All the shops and shopping mall are conveniently close by. Rooms are on a smaller scale but big enough.

A petty gripe but the kettle and fridge shared a PowerPoint with no other convenient spot to plug in. A double adapter would be a big plus

The hotel offers a simple compact comfortable room and bathroom in a location that is very convenient to Ile de La Cité the Marais, Latin Quartier etc etc. It was a great location and although in a busy area it was quiet at night once the windows were closed.

Extremely great location for all the tourist spots. Shops, metro and supermarkets everywhere nearby. The room was clean and a fan was supplied which was essential for managing the heat. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located in a very convenient place! Near the entrance to the metro. All attractions are nearby. Many shops and cafes. By bus 20 minutes to the Eiffel Tower.

What I didn’t like was the shower and bathroom both were quite small, and the showerhead itself was also small. The drain was a bit clogged, so water tended to accumulate.

The bed was very comfortable and soft, perfect for a good night’s sleep. I found it really nice and practical during my stay with my petite amie. It was quiet, and in some positions, it was even more supportive and pleasant to use.

You are required to leave the key at reception but that sometimes means waiting for the receptionist to return when trying to get back to your room. No air conditioning in the room just a fan which wasn’t great in August. Not even a bottle of water in the room.

An excellent location in the heart of Paris. A lovely old style boutique hotel with plenty of charm. More cosy than cramped.

The shower was absolutely tiny, almost dangerously so when getting out.. Also breakfast was a bit of a letfdown, one croisant, a mini baguette, one glass of jouce and a coffee. So dont expect to full yourseslf up for the day.

Great little hotel in an absolutely amazing location. Supermarket next door, train stations close by, a stones throw from the Louvre and a 5 minute walk to Notre Dame... Staff were friendly, beds were super comfortable and it was great for a short stay.

Winding, narrow staircase up to the 1st and 2nd floors. Plug socket position meant extension cables across the walkway to the bathroom if you have the fan on at night. Shelf coming off the wall in an otherwise lovely bathroom. Not able to use one side of the wardrobe as the tv was across the door.

There was only one power socket in the whole room which made it difficult to keep multiple devices charged up for the day. The bathroom needs some TLC too, even a bigger shower curtain would’ve gone a long way.

Great location with the Chatelet metro entrance right in front which has a lot of trains running through it, including the airport ones. View would’ve been better if there wasn’t construction going on.

the shower had a mouldy smell, which was quite unpleasant. Additionally, the shower curtain appeared old and in need of replacement, which impacted the overall cleanliness of the bathroom. Addressing these issues would greatly improve the experience for future guests.

The location was absolutely amazing—convenient, safe, and perfect for exploring the area. As a solo traveller, I found the accommodation to be very comfortable and well-suited to my needs. It offered a good level of privacy and security, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

There was a power outage right when I was about to check out and the elevator stopped working so I had to carry my bags down the steep spiral staircase. Elevator was very small but good the previous days for me to use

We didn’t realise this didn’t have air conditioning. If you are travelling in the summer would definitely check this. We ended up missing the heat wave by 1 day so we weren’t affected too bad but we did still have to sleep with the window open.

Great location to be close to everything. We liked being able to pop to the supermarket next door which was handy. Staff were very nice and helpful.
