Being very picky, but the beds and shower rooms are due an upgrade, although that is clutching at straws and wouldn’t stop me staying again. The bike storage could do with a new door.

There is so much to like about this property, staff were amazing, always happy to help. Breakfast great selection and well cooked. Room was small but comfy, it was exactly what we wanted. Pool and sauna are a nice touch after a long day on the trails. Garage is secure to put bikes in, they also have a bike work station and stand which comes in handy. Location is a little bit out of the centre like 5 minute walk but nice to get out of the town in peace. Overall fantastic hotel will definitely be coming back.

There’s quite a lot of building work going on around the resort but I think that’s the alps generally in the summer, however this didn’t impact our stay. We were room 24 which faced a building site and had a spiral staircase partially blocking the views of the mountains, but again this didn’t really impact the holiday.

Hotel is situated in a good position to the ski lifts and town centre. The hotel is nicely done. We went in the summer and the pool area was amazing as the weather was very hot indeed. Great for a summer get away and also skiing.

Brilliant location, close to restaurants, both Pleney & Super Morzine ski lift. Town centre 5-10 minute stroll. Looks like hotel has had recent renovation, everything was perfect - the new swimming pool is stunning and warm. Stayed in loads of hotels in Morzine, this is the best.

The hotel is like a step back in time to old fashioned values and comfort. The cosy armchairs by the fire and the personal service from the staff were such a delight. The swimming pool and sauna were a lovely bonus and a great way to relax after skiing. Breakfast was delicious and any left over pastries were popped on the bar in reception for us to enjoy after skiing. We loved our stay and would 100% recommend it.

Some areas of the hotel could do with a refresh/ modernisation. The pool could be a couple of degrees hotter (its warm but not hot)

This hotel is so relaxing! It is warm, comfy, clean and the bar area with the fire, sofas and easy going music make this place feel really homely. The staff are all really friendly, easy going and helpful. I didn’t catch her name but the lady on reception in particular was really helpful, going out of her way to assist us. The pool and sauna are great. Breakfast was very generous.
