Horrendous staircase leading up to the apartment. Tiny TV, very old with no hdmi connection. More pillows needed, only 1 each and not substantial, sofa-bed old and uncomfortable when using as a sofa.

We arrived after 5 expecting to check in but had to call the property as no one was present. The communication from the owner was disappointing. I asked for advice about parking and never received a reply. There was very little ventilation - only one window in the front room. If sleeping in the back bedroom and/or using the sauna the property gets overheated and even using a fan it was hard to stay cool.

Checking in was a little difficult, but a really nice man called the hotel for us and we got a text message with our codes.

The room was fine, small, But had a fridge, and someones Sushi!!! But it was clean and we have a nice view of the main street. The location was perfect for a mini break.

No secure parking, but could park with ease straight outside on street.

Comfortable beds, very spacious with great facilities. I made an error on the booking and needed an extra room, it wasn’t a problem and they sorted us out with an adjoining room at a very reasonable cost. Very friendly, excellent communication. Good central location. Super happy.

We didn’t really stay long enough to appreciate what this lovely little town had to offer.

The saunas in the room were great for our sports team whilst travelling to the World Championships in Germany. The town is lovely with 2 fantastic Irish bars.

Automated hotels are not really my thing. Doors that stick instead of letting you in when you input your special code can leave you confused and disheartened. The lack of a receptionist doesn't help, and I'd have willingly paid more for a human to talk to face-to-face. The mystery man who arrived from nowhere showed me where my room was, and how to input my other code to get in, but I hadn't been given a room number, so if he hadn't come I'd probably have had to sleep in the car. I'm sure I ticked the breakfast box on Booking.com's page, but obviously the message wasn't related. In the morning I found the breakfast room locked, and yet another code which I hadn't been sent was required to get in. Through the window I could see lots of laid places, but no one having breakfast, so I suppose there's been a breakdown on the system. I tried one or two nearby bars, but the queues were long and slow, so in the end I got my breakfast with my diesel on the motorway.

The location. The lady on the phone was very patient and kind. A man who turned up from who knows where, but I think worked there was also very helpful. The price was extremely low, and I have to say I would have happily paid more for a bit of human contact.

The small apartment was rather dingy and dark and tired. It had all the necessary facilities but it stank of smoke. This was a real shame and spoiled the whole thing. The bed was a little hard. There was significant noise from upstairs occupants.

We did not have the breakfast, so cannot comment. The location was great and the free parking was only 5 mins walk away. The small apartment had good facilities for the size The check in was impersonal but worked well

No breakfast, no staff( even after having major issues with entrance code AND room code ) even after a neighbour assisted me we were unable to access for over 30 minutes after cycling all day. Only positive was proximity to Grand Place.

If you're looking for a 1970s porn set vibe then this is the place. And possibly that's when they last washed the rugs and duvets. The room smelled of cigarettes too which was annoying since we booked for a family with a baby! Still, happy we managed to get in as there is no reception and nobody answers the phone and it was raining.

No staff on arrival.no way of getting access to bedroom .Seemingly we zhould have recieved a text with a code to enter bedroom but none came!!Ha lucky escape to be honest.Such a grubby property.

The check in, I would have preferred to get the message through booking. Would be nice tò have some instructions for the sauna because we could not use It. Should have said the gate closes and you Need a code. Would be nice if they could speak some english

They picked up the phone every time we called, even at 00:30 when the gate was closed and they've been very nice and helpful. The room Is very big and nice.
