How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

A little bit far from the city center but 7-8 mins to metro station.
Rooms were specious, clean and staff was helpful and polite.

The area is not typically Parisian. But ugly modern. We booked it to be near Paris Expo - took us 10 minutes in a taxi but the traffic was terrible.
Very clean and new. Really nice public spaces - like the lounge the rooftop and the downstairs cinema.

The bed was two single beds pushed together so I ended up sleeping in the middle of them which wasn't great. That being said, I still slept extremely well.
Fantastic location within walking distance of the metro. Fifi helped me to check in and she is lovely! A very spacious apartment with everything you could possibly need. It was in a very quiet neighbourhood.

There was nothing that I didn't like. The price was a little bit high, but with the Olympic games in the town, it was actually good price for the value, much better than anything else that I have seen.
The building is in the quite and safe area with train station that goes directly to the center of the Paris nearby. There were many shops and restaurants around. The building is nice and clean, the room was perfect for solo traveler, had everything I needed and the staff was friendly and met any request I had (earlier check-in and early luggage drop off upon departure).

Lacks a bigger table or something to place our things suitcase ,computer etc. .The one therei existing is very small.The parrking was not available although we asked more than a year ahead.
Very useful locationnear the metro and train stations. Well equipped room,only the shower needs a shower curtain because the water is running out on the floor. It lacks a little more table or simular forplacing our things.On the hall way to the room a handle is broken which is dangerous that you cannot get out in an emergency maybe. The lady there for cleaning and assisting is very friendly. It was very useful for our stay at the olympics

Nice place, comfy room, plenty of storage space. Somehow, the price was very affordable during my visit, so it was a good choice overall. The building has a room with washing machines and irons, which was very helpful.

The place was perfect, everyone was very nice and it has everything you need. I was allowed to check-in much earlier which was super nice. Bonus points for the amazing rooftop with Eiffel tower view!

Minor small things missing like soap for hands and items for the kitchen like detergent, sponge, towels, etc.
Nice new building in good area with laundry, gym, and rooftop terrace.

Towels were not changed e.g. every two days, but rather the policy is to change them once a week. Nevertheless I believe that whoever needs some clean towels sooner the personnel will gladly help them. Also the personnel could be speaking English.
In our case the check-in was fast. We pressed the button at the entrance and Fifi was there in a few minutes to welcome us and to show us the facilities and our room. She was very kind and friendly, despite her not speaking English we managed to understand each other by translating through mobile. The room was very clean and cozy, we really enjoyed our stay. The apartments are very near to Metro station, reachable in about 7 minutes by foot, and you can reach the city center in more or less half an hour. The neighborhood in very nice and clean. Definitely recommend Finestate Coliving Mairie d'Issy for visiting Paris as a tourist.

Only the check in time took a long time. Other than that everything else was exceptional.
Great location, quiet area. Cleanliness is spot-on. Loved all the services included into this place such as the fitness room and terrace for relaxation. And the staff was exceptional. Special shout-out to Fifi for all her love and super hard work to keep the place running and with life.

Location was amazing! In a nice neighborhood, stores and restaurants near by and metro was few minutes of walk. Rooftop view is super nice. It is visible that everything at this place is new and clean. Really nice experience.
