Room lacked a chair. No gel or soap in shower. Soap container by the sink was a bit primitive. Dirt came down when we pulled the shutter down. Couldn't get the other one to work. You have to travel to other villages to get to any shop or eating place, though not very far.

Secure location only 30 minutes from Calais. Comfortable bed. Pleasant, obliging host. Good sized, clean room. Peaceful and quiet.

I think they need to review the plumbing in the rooms. They have masticates to deal with the toilet waste but these don’t work effectively and end up pushing the shower water into the toilet. The shower trays fill to near overflowing. I’m assured this is nota problem but it’s still disconcerting as a customer to see the shower tray fill up and to see the toilet full of water will poorly masticated effluent in the toilet bowl.

Great location for access to Le Shuttle. The proprietress/ owner is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. Lovely country location and the farmhouse is charming. Plenty of room to park. I really enjoy staying here - it’s like visiting family 👍🏻

When we arrived it was very icy. neither the track to the property, nor the steps into the property had been de-iced. The owner came out and put down some mats on the steps, but my husband fell when going back to the car to get the Tom Tom. Luckily he fell down the steps on his right side as he had a left hip replacement in August so it could have been a disaster! No tea/coffee facilities were available despite listing this on the booking info. Also, although the heating was on when we arrived around 17:30, it was switched off during the night and the room became very cold.

Close to Calais. We were offered dinner on arrival but my husband doesn’t eat chicken and they wouldn’t do dinner just for one person so neither of us ate.

Dire: toilet doesn’t work just grinds contents and doesn’t flush (!), no key for lock on the door, hot water came through bathroom ceiling and took the lights out; chalet sofa bed was broken, no hand soap; no glasses to drink in any of our 3 rooms to even have tap water from, no kettle, mugs or facilities for drinks, no breakfast, not very clean, unreliable wifi, chaotic. Denied any of this was a problem - I have no idea why this is on booking.com it’s a total shambles.

I think the price is a bit high for the location and amenities. I'd have been extremely happy with the stay, if the nightly rate and dinner price had been a bit lower. It's just a little bit rustic for this price.

A pleasant stay for one night in the tiny house /caravan on the farm property. Our hostess was very nice, and allowed us to check in a bit earlier than the published time. Because we arrived on foot, walking the Via Francigena, we didn't have options for dinner, our hostess provided a simple meal. The breakfast included fresh cherries from the farm and better than usual french breakfast, including yogurt and cheese. The bed was quite comfortable, and a great place to hear the rain on the roof.

Finding the place was difficult as not well signposted on the road. It was also not clear when we arrived where we had to go to say hello and there are various buildings. The room was sparsely furnished. The shower was in the room and the toilet in a small separate area was difficult to flush and when the shower was used, filled up in the pan which was off putting. The farmhouse gives onto a courtyard which is rather tatty with some buildings in construction so lacked charm. Please note that you need to request in advance if you would like breakfast. We did not realise and thought we could ask when we arrived.

The location is reasonably convenient and the bed reasonably comfortable lt was reasonably clean. There was plenty of parking.

Charming little chalet in a quiet village with easy car park in front of the chalet. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Very relaxing and enjoyable. We will book again in the future.

Very rude, arrogant hostess seemed we were more of a hindrance than paying customers!! She was very very angry that we were English and we couldn't understand a word she was saying (suggested a translation app - for which she reluctantly used after about 10 minutes of discussion) We told her we had a baby with us sleeping in our bed so we were happy to pay any additional charges which we paid. Told after arrival we need to be out of the room be 8am and after a 16 hour journey travelling from Mallorca not good due to her staffing problems which she advised was my problem. She then decided to go and discuss this problem with other guests! We chose this property as advertised check-out 12.00 due to ferry times and distance travelled prior to visit! Very overpriced for what it is - no kettle or tea making facilities and if you plan on waking the entire property up in the middle of the night try flush the toilet as immediately woke the occupants of our room very very loud - DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOUR A FAMILY

Very smelly property next to construction site. Dirty floors Bed linen wasn’t changed smelled nothing fresh, curtains stained. There was quite a lot of hair on the bedsheets (human or dog, not sure here) Layer of dust covering the bedside cabinets. Horrendous welfare facilities inside the room. Very poor communication with host, sent 2 messages to get no reply at all.

The place is old and not at all like shown on the photos. This is a farm where they have placed some accommodation. The smell is terrible. Very disappointed with the experience. It was a scam and I will be requesting a refund.

Even though breakfast was supposed to be included in the rate when we got there we were told that they did not have food available. This was really disappointing.

Where do I start, the lady that owns it walked into my room the first night and when I woke up ran out and said she was checking did we need towels at 11.30pm, then the second night we left the key in the door locked from the inside over the first night incident and she came to my door at 12.30am I opened and again she was half way down the stairs I said what do u want, she said checking how many wa sin the room when she clearly saw us going in, no breakfast even doe the price was included breakfast, the shower was cold and the noise of the tractor from 6am, my charger fell behind the bed and there was Rat Droppings!!! I mentioned it and again not cleaned up!!!!!! The toilet in my room flushed and then whatever flushed came right back up and leaked out to the floor, asked to fix it and was like that for two days, the banister is broken walking in as I was holding it with my motor skills nearly fell off

I disliked everything about this place, it is nothing like the pictures, the pictures on booking.com must be from 20 year ago because now it's a run down smelly farm

Location - quite far from the coast where we were headed.

Surprisingly comfortable mobile homes with everything one needs including a modern bathroom. Very calm surroundings with occasional cow mooing.
