How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

No instructions for coffee machine and had strip beds before leaving.
It was clean tidy and exactly what was advertised.

Everything was fantastic. Had a wonderful holiday.
Absolutely perfect stay; apartment was immaculate, great location with plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and a park close by. Very comfortable beds, everything we needed as a family of four with children aged 1 & 3. The pool is fantastic & the staff wonderful. Can’t knock it at all, FABULOUS!!

It was all great
Fantastic location for Disney and brilliant management. Massive shopping centre literally next door with heaps of restaurants inside and out and a supermarket to stock up the apartment for kids.

Although there was shampoo, soap and towels available, there was no toilet paper and we had to buy it, so I would rather pay a bit more but have the comfort of going to the toilet and have paper available.
It was very well located and everything was as it was in the ad, complete kitchen and confortable room for 4 people.

Well equipped apartment. Hob, oven and microwave. 15 mins walk to Disneyland, or bus stop near by. Very close to Val d’Europe shopping mall with 2 good supermarkets.

Fantastic apartment providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great location with shopping complex across the road and free shuttle to Disney which was just 5 mins away. Apartment had everything you needed and was spotlessly clean. Great communication from the owner making check in super easy. Would highly recommend this apartment!

The property was excellent. Didn’t realise we had two bathrooms until we got there which was ideal with kids. The pool was excellent, really well heated. There’s also a park directly across the road with two play areas, one for little kids and one for older. The apartment is a private property within adagio (there’s two in the area) which means there’s a staffed lobby that included a mini shop, Starbucks stand, mini play area and other bits. Was about a 15-20 minute walk to Disneyland, we walked everytime. All round, excellent value for money.

It’s our second stay in the apartment and I couldn’t be happier with the accommodation and the host. I stayed there with my kids to be close to Disneyland and also moved around Paris. The Disney buses are ideal and the nearest train station is a short walk away The accommodation is in a fantastic location with everything we need in the area, the apartment is well equipped and the host is very helpful, responsive and friendly. Highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again

Great apartment - we stayed here for 4 nights, very convenient for walking to Disney which was only 15 minutes up the road. Had everything you needed for the stay. Only negative is the plug coverings that go around the plug need to be sealed against the wall properly for children. Not dangerous, just very tempting for little hands! We'd absolutely choose to stay here again when we visit Disneyland in the future. Great communication when we had a question that we needed answering, Great cot for our baby and good beds. Swimming was a great add on for our 3 year old who enjoyed the pool.

Property was great - nothing to dislike
Great location to Disney we had 2 children and a double pram and even though you could get a free shuttle we walked in every day as it was easier than trying to collapse a loaded pram took us about 15 mins to walk and was super easy and flat, well lit paths and a great start to the morning! The property is right next to a shopping centre , we went to the supermarket for supplies for the park and ate at an Italian restaurant one night after the day at the park and it was delicious! Owner was great at communication.

Super location. Only a 20 minute walk from the parks plus there was the option of a free shuttle bus. Excellent communication throughout - any questions I had were answered immediately. Great facilities, close to massive shopping centre so we could buy packed lunches and snacks for the parks. Swimming pool and a play park nearby were an added bonus.

No window locks so could only open windows while awake in the property. Not a huge issue, just not something we are used too.
Great location for visiting Disney. We both walked 15-20min and took the bus from Lac with children aged 6 & 8 as it really was not worth waiting more than 5min for the bus with such a short walk. The beds were very comfortable and the facilities offered just what we needed as a family to have a very comfortable trip. There is a supermarket in the shopping center so very well located to stock up on breakfast and snack for the park. Host was also very helpful when I had a question about the operation of the heating.

Pool was a nice thing to have, although to get there we had to walk outside about 3-5 minutes. Which is nothing, if the weather is great. Place is really close to reataurant and shopping area, Disneyland is in a walkable distance, if you're not with small kids. On Saturday there were a nice pop-up street market. Area is nice and calm. Apartment was a bit warn and on a cooler side, maybe it was just a feeling after a wintery day outside. We had all appliences we needed. Stay was nice overall.

Can be a little noisey in the bedroom - but no other issues!
Apartment had everything we needed for a family of 4 with 2 children, easy to find, great shuttle service to Disney land, very accommodating and friendly host. Apartment was very clean, bedding and towels were also spotless.
