Fabien was a welcoming, friendly, helpful host. Great location. Narrow lane but quiet so could drop off luggage then park very nearby. Free overnight parking at nearby post office or at any time on the main road (which you couldn't hear any noise from). Wonderful decor. Lovely garden to sit in. Excellent breakfast. Senlis is a very interesting, attractive town with good places to eat.

Nothing Fabians Fab House was Absolutely Fabulous

Personal welcome, bike storage, fabulous decor, attention to detail, coffee pods, petit dejeuner with freshly squeezed orange juice and warm baguettes just 5 minutes walk from centre in the medieval quarter of Senlis. Quiet private walled entrance

Delightful secluded and private property off a tiny backroad. Easy parking within 5 minutes walk. However, very close to the centre of town; less than 10 minutes walk. Fabian very welcoming. Suite of rooms were spotless. Very comfortable bed. Very nice breakfast. We wished we could haver stayed longer. Will definitely try and visit again.

The breakfast was simple with enough quantities of everything. Fresh croissants and bread, marmalades, milk, yogurt, butter, Nespresso coffee, delicious orange juice. The owner brought to our daughter’s room so we could eat all together.

A charming B&B with a beautiful garden. The picturesque surroundings at the city wall are nice for a walk. Comfortable beds and a nice breakfast in the nice kitchen of the house. Free parking nearby.

Loved everything. Just slight confusion over key box at small door but entry via big door., Then once in assumed it was the property in front of us but turned out to be the building to the side. Apart from that slight confusion everything was absolutely great. Also very good communication from Fabien when we were unsure

Know in advance that the rooms were not on the same floor, although in the end and luckily, our children are old enough to be fine with it, but it could have been problematic for < 6-year old for example.

Very friendly welcome in a "shared" house (ie. expect to share breakfast with other guests or be separate from your kids when you book for a family as two rooms could be on different floors, as it was for us), and a beautifully maintained garden. Very clean rooms.

Could have used 2 more pillows for a group of 4, I need 2 for myself and 2 for my husband…so 6 in the accommodation would be perfect! Also a hand towel in bathroom and a tea towel in kitchen would be nice!

Very close to beautiful walks along the river and around the sights of the old town and restaurants. Fabian was very friendly, helpful and accomodating. The room was comfortable and well renovated. The house is set in beautiful gardens. Senlis is a great place to visit

Nothing it’s perfect

Beautiful house, so nicely decorated in a great location. There’s only 3 bedrooms and we rented 2, but we’re the only ones there so it was like we rented a full house. Beautiful shared kitchen and Fabien made us all a lovely breakfast in the morning. Very clean & comfortable. Thank you!
