Considering the price, we thought the room was very small. The shower head was a bit broken, as was the (small) toilet flush. We ate breakfast twice and it was the exact same two times in a row.

The location of the hotel is great, easy to get around and close to all the spots you would want to visit as a tourist but then again very quiet since it is on the top of the hill. The hotel has a nice garden with a small pool. And a big terrace where you can have drinks or eat breakfast. For those who drive an electric car: there is a slow charger right next to the hotel!

The double rooms were very small. The restaurant menu was very limited and closed early in the evening. The poolside area was very small and they only had a small number of loungers. Staff told us off for moving additional seating to the pool so we could sit in our group even though the seating wasn’t in use and the hotel appeared to be quite empty based on the limited number of other guests we saw.

The location in the hillside was cool. If you don’t have a car, you can get a public bus down to Eze or further down to the seafront. It’s not possible to walk due to the steep incline and the narrow, winding rounds down.

Breakfast wasn’t great, very “industrialized” Rooms were a bit small Not great value for money, found it expensive for what was offered No elevator, had to walk up 2 floors with our suitcases, no service offered from staff.

There were not enough sun loungers around the pool, and night manager was unfriendly and grumpy. Breakfast was limited and you had to be early to make sure you got access to the full offering. Bedrooms are tiny and pictures on website are deceiving.

- limited restaurant / supermarket options nearby - our room was extremely small - there could’ve been a bit more veggies/fruits for breakfast

- the location itself was amazing, quite far away from the crowded places though, so food options were quite limited - the staff was incredibly friendly - they organised a jazz evening with live music and bubbly, which was just magical

The way one Italian woman at reception was pretty dismissive when addressing a problem. Other reception people were super nice. There is mold around the shower. Rooms are super small. Good for one night. No alternative to coffee, a little tea but nothing to rave about.

Nothing about the hotel itself. ✅ But one important point: if you’re coming to this hotel without a car, keep in mind that access to the hotel isn’t always possible by public transportation at all hours of the day and night. Sometimes you’ll have to wait a long time, take a taxi, or walk up the steep road 😌

The hotel location was great—quiet and away from the crowded, touristy part of the area. The hotel looked exactly like the photos. Our room was clean and comfortable. We really loved the details of the decor and design in both the room and the hotel. Interestingly, the shampoo and hand soap were from the brand Fragonard, which has a perfume factory and even a branch of it in the village. What captivated us the most here were the details. Beautiful design with great attention to detail. The hotel pool is free to use and a great spot for sunbathing with a beautiful mountain view.

The room showed in the picture and the name Deluxe are a bit far from what I have got in the hotel. The room was the only ground floor room. Located near the stairs and therefore very noisy.

No fridge in the room (I like milk in my tea). Room is pretty small but did not feel small because we had a deck room. Great air con, although couldn't seem to turn it up.

All of the staff were outstanding, very hospitable, flexible and accommodating. The grounds are lovely, with relaxing and picturesque seating by a small fountain. There is also a swimming pool. The location is perfect if you have a car.

There was no water in the rooms but overall there was no major issues.
