Unfortunately, the room was not efficiently cleaned. We noticed that under the bed was not cleaned properly, for instance. The room was definitely not hoovered regularly. Mugs with our lipstick marks and old coffee were left in the room from day to day. Empty glass water bottles were not collected, and bins were not always emptied. Some more attention to cleaning would make this place an absolute gem.

The reception staff and .manager were super nice and helpful. We were made to feel extremely welcome and given plenty of helpful information. The breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable, and the bed was a dream. Location was excellent.

I requested a room with two beds and got with one. It wasn't a big deal, as the bed is huge, but after my request was approved and then, without a word of explanation, I was given a single bed, it was strange. The shower had no cubicle, curtain, etc., which resulted in the entire bathroom flooding. I had to use towels to wipe the floor instead of my body after the shower.

Very close to the train station, yet it doesn't feel that close. You can't see or hear the trains; you're simply living in the garden. All was very clean. The small pool right outside the apartment door is a great feature. The bed was very comfortable.

Great location!Close to the station as well as a lovely walk to the main shopping and beach areas. Our family room with 2 double beds was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Bizarrely tiny space for the separate loo means most adults would struggle to close the door when sat on it. But I was alone and it was fine. I was also in the lowest category of room. Public areas quite funky and well maintained but my room was a little shabby. That said, I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Fantastic location close to station and trams with lots available within a short stroll. Nice coffee is free plus water, which was very welcome. And the little balcony was also a great bonus. Pretty terrace at the front.

The bathroom door didn’t close easily — not a big issue, but just something to note

The hotel is close to Nice Ville train station. We were delighted to find a personalized note and a small gift in the room — a thoughtful touch that immediately made us feel welcomed. The room size was good, and the bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was very good and it offered a variety of delicious options. The hotel is also within walking distance of the old town, making it easy to explore. A special mention goes to the staff — friendly, professional, and always ready to help.

Quiet property, close to amenities and train station. Coffee/tea and water available to take to the rooms. The room we booked was supposed to have a garden view but there was building work and a pool being installed but we weren't made aware of this before our stay.

Liked everything except the smell of bacon wafting up to the room (4th floor) just before 7 in the morning.

The hotel is in a superb location - close to Nice Ville station, near the main shopping area and good restaurants, ,less than 10 minute walk from the tram stop from airport and just under 15 minute walk to the beach! What I would call a funky, boutique style hotel, quiet and 'cosy'. Nicely appointed rooms and very comfortable beds. Varied and well presented breakfast. Angel and Dragan, the Reception team, were very welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.

Great value! Good sized room with interesting decor/design. Very good location. Close to train station, shopping, restaurants and beach. Breakfast was superb and lasted longer than usual. Will definitely come back.
