The lake view room was superb. Plenty of space and luxurious. The hotel is very large with lots of seating and large well tended grounds. We ate at la table. The food was superb. Sat on the outdoor terrace and watched the sunset. The hotel is set high on the hill giving amazing views but if you want to go down into the town there is a free funicular tram or courtesy bus.

Otherwise friendly staff both at the reception and at the main restaurant.

This is one of those rare hotels where everything is perfect. The bedrooms and ensuite are impeccably done. Very comfortable beds. Quiet surroundings for restful sleep. Truly perfect. The pool is an exceptional facility, accessible by elevator on each floor. The different lounging areas (bar, library, and endless terraces) were lovely and inviting. The staff meet the highest standards and are professional without being stuffy. A brilliant choice for a relaxing stay with panoramic views of Lac Leman.

Beautiful location, amazing park is the best place for family time. Good facilities for children, fast transfer to downtown. Very nice lobby bar, spacious rooms, beautiful decoration of hotel to all holidays and festive time.

Beautiful historic hotel and great facility with Spa, pool, golf and restaurant/cafe. The hotel is located at the hill overlooking Lake Geneva, wonderful views. It has a very nice spa and a nice indoor pool (a bit small) very clean . There is a vey nice main restaurant for breakfast/brunch and dinner. Also there's a bar menu that can be ordered until late. Room Service is great and the staff is very nice and helpful. We also used the baby center for our baby and they took very good care of the baby. Everyone we met was very nice, attentive and hospitable.
