Carpet had stains and soap bottle wall racks were moldy. Only hair and body soap 2-1 was provided. Breakfast was not fully explained or provided for (cereal but no bowls, no water readily available). I was messaged before my stay with an urgent reminder to pay the full booking price again, or my stay would be cancelled, which I found unprofessional - when I refused, they eventually stopped asking and all was well, so I take this in good faith, but it does hold the red flags of a scam.

Bed was very comfortable and accommodation facilities were good size and value for money. Bathroom was well cleaned. Staff were friendly. Late checkin was welcomed and location was easy to find and had good restaurants nearby.

Location is great. Close enough to a metro station and to the main city attractions. Check in and out were a no-brainer and the staff was friendly. Additionally, we had a nice breakfast included 🙂 Would recommend for the practicality of it. The rooms were okay, small but clean. Quiet and private for a good night of sleep after a long day of sightseeing.

The breakfast was included, but when I asked hotel manager, she told me I had to order the breakfast and I had to pay additional. It seems like a scam.

Two levels apartment with a bathroom on the second floor - this is interesting solution.

Bedroom walls were a bit thin in that conversation could be heard quite easily from next door. TV remote a bit dodgy/complicated to use. Could only find a few french tv channels. But not the mainstream ones like TF1.

Modern, high speck bathroom, unlike most Parisian hotel bathrooms. Bedroom spotlessly clean, with soft, elegant and practical lighting, and a cosy yet contemporary colour palette. Not dated like a lot of parisian hotel bedrooms and bathrooms. Lobby/reception area also very clean with a contemporary design. Sebastian, the night porter, was most helpful and welcoming. Not robotic in the manner of many night reception staff. Appreciated being given an actual key for my bedroom as I don’t own a smart phone due to poor eyesight, and bringing my iPad on the plane wasn’t practical.

Some guest came late in de night to the hotel and were noisy.

Very sweet staf and helpful also useful that they were fluent in English. Room was perfect clean and cozy. 10 minute walk to congres hall.

I like the self check in style. Surely has its pros and cons but more pros than cons for me. It’s also easily accessible to Paris center. Walking distance to Arc de Triumphe. Eiffel Tower is also a trekking distance if you take long walks.

Our room was a bitt smal and that was a bitt uncomfortable with our luggage.

It was a clean space and the location was really good! And the staffs wore really nice and lovely!
