This was a typical budget Ibis, the room pretty small. But the bathroom and shower were spacious, a bonus. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast offered diverse and abundant Continental Breakfast options.

Parking a few minutes walk away worked okay when no space free outside. Option is available to pay and pre-book spaces if needed.

Great location for catching the ferry back to the UK. Hot water was available from a machine in the reception to make hot drinks. Friendly reception staff. Lovely walk to the seafront for restaurants and to watch the boats in the evening.

Slightly larger room - but given the price we were quite happy.

The hotel was ideal for our needs. It was clean and pleasant, and a 20 min - half hour walk to St Malo old town which was perfect for us for the day we arrived, and then 5 mins to drive to the ferry the next morning. We managed to park in front of the hotel and they accomodated our early check in requamily and small, but clean and pleaest. The rooms were small but adjoining for the children.

It was a bit of a hike from the station but a reasonable walking distance to the ferry to Jersey. Cafes and shops were at a distance too.

The room was quite small, for three people to stay in.

Location was great being so close to the ferry terminal and the nearby parking was free although not secured. There is a small amount of parking outside the hotel but you had to be lucky to get a space. Breakfast was okay too. The staff were very helpful and being a budget hotel, we're not always posted at the reception.

Room small, a bit of a squeeze with couple occupying room. Although perfectly fine for one or two nights. On street parking difficult but may be that was due to it being 'Bastille Day'.

Access to the port and the takeaway breakfast. We paid the night before , and the staff said they weren’t really doing it the next morning but let us have some food anyway. There were no takeaway cups with lids. The beds were comfy and the rooms were clean . Secure parking close by and easy to use.

The room was extremely small. The shower door was broken - part of the corner was missing so all the water sprayed out onto the floor - so we had to use the shower in the other room. The rooms could have been cleaner - the floor was a little grubby. The breakfast wasn't very inclusive for people with allergies. The ingredients were not on display. There was a place to buy tea and coffee, none in the bedrooms, but it relied on staff being available to assist and there wasn't much choice.

As an ibis it was modern with the facilities you'd expect - unsuitable and tv. The staff were so helpful and kind. The water fill station on ground floor.

Bit of a tight space around beds to move. We had a family room for 3 people.

The staff were extremely helpful, even assisting with hot drinks in the evening. We found a free roadside place to park just outside the hotel. However, there are places to park at the back of the hotel for 12 euros if there are no roadside parking places available. Payment for parking in the hotel itself. The hotel is situated on a ring road but we were not disturbed by any noise. Power points with a net to place your phone in at each bed space for charging phones was most helpful.

The parking place has a low capacity and it was completely full (even the place for check-in / check/out cars), despite the fact the hotel has also a lateral parking lot, "staff only", which was practically empty. I couldn't find any free parking place in public areas but about 400 m away from the hotel. We had no meal plan at the hotel and no restaurants around, but was to be expected considering the price we paid for the room.

The receptionist was very accommodating and helpful. The room is typical for Ibis Budget: minimalist but functional. Luckily, we've got a larger room, with sofa. Clean and tidy. The place is at (long) walking distance from Intra Muros. The bathroom is large enough and very clean.

Very limited space in the room, especially for 3 people was extremely difficult even to walk around the room. Lack of desk, chairs would make our stay very difficult if it was for more days. No refrigerator in the room is unacceptable especially during summer time with periods with high temperatures.

Despite our late evening arrival, the receptionist was very accommodating and helpful, particularly about finding a car parking spot. The room was clean and comfortable. Ideal for a one night stop over when arriving by ferry.
