The biggest disappointment is breakfast. Nothing warm except coffee, piece of gauda cheese and a ham. Second - very aggressive ventilation in the room. By cold nights one can really get flue.

A few minutes from the metro station-Porte de la Chapelle. Efficient reception staff. clean, comfortable and safe.The area has a boulangerie, cafes and a supermarket. on Sundays the local community promenade and chat in groups.

Bed linen and towels smelled musty on the first day. The air conditioning cannot be controlled, probably works with a central control for the entire hotel. But it was not extreme - it was very hot outside and the room was pleasant. The windows cannot be opened, maybe for security reasons... This location does not always feel safe, but it is better than 3 years ago. Don't stay long in the evening at the subway station.

Small, clean room. Private shower and toilet. Electric kettle in the room and a few tea bags and instant coffee. Air conditioning, which is built into the ceiling, was always pleasant in the room. The hotel is close to bus stops and not far from the metro station.

I definitely did not like the centralized air conditioning system in the entire structure. The temperature in the rooms is automatically set at 19° C and the air is freezing (especially during the night), with a a strong temperature excursion with the outside. I asked the staff if it was possible to find a solution to set the temperature at higher degrees, but they just said no, without proposing any alternative.

the location was quite functional given that I was staying in Paris for a concert at State de France, which is very well connected to the hotel.

The window opened to a view of an abandoned ruin and a silent graveyard which was creepy!

The reception staff were warm and welcoming. The room was cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis.

No air con as displayed on the information. Only 1 pillow each . Asked every day for 2 more pillows they said no problem but was never in the room after it had been cleaned. Asked one evening and man snapped at us. Only wanted to help our sore necks . Apart from that the stay was fine and would stay here again with extra pillows

A lot of drug adicts in the area , some were injecting heroin in front of the hotel and the sleep and gather under the bridge just next to the hotel , they asked us for money. They didn't seem violent but the scene each night was like in the movies

The hotel is located in a region far from the city center, but that's why it's affordable. The area is not the best in terms of security unfortunately. The metro station was a 10 minute walk away, which was quite convenient. Overall it was a good experience.

The windows not opening. I know being placed on the 7th floor and windows opening is a major health hazard, however if they could’ve been opened even an inch or 2, it would’ve been nicer and less hot/stuffy

The bed was so comfy and huge for a solo traveller. Metro only 5 minute walk as well as bus and tram lines

The first day we came, the pipe under the sink leaked, they fixed it the next day though. When they say the hotel is close to the metro, it's actually a 20 minute walk so a little bit misleading not that we didn't enjoy these walks.

I liked its cleanliness, it did what it needed to do for the time that we was there. The rooms will cleaned everyday which I wasn't expecting.

location and neighbourhood

Hotel was ok, but the location is very bad and be careful with parking your car outside!. I recommend taking the parking garage, but be aware of the price. I was charge € 27 for 2 hours, but there is no other choice!!
