Nothing about the accommodation disappointed. Happy with it as a base to be outdoors each day with catering and basic housekeeping facilities.

Whilst the breakfast was well presented it was very basic. We expected more for cost.

Even though the room was very nice, the kitchen equipment was a bit outdated. The dishwasher is not working very well (very old). If we change the kitchen equipment, the room would be even more comfortable. It would also be good to improve the insulation of the door of the room and it blows air and the kids feel a bit cold (their beds are near the door)

Location was perfect! very nice and helping staff! Breakfast was very good with very nice staff ( if you can add eggs to your breakfast breakfast could be even excellent!), i loved the fire place and Christmas decorations as well!. Kids loved also the game room! thanks to Hotel staff!

The room was a little small for a studio. Fixtures could use some sprucing up.

Well located, on a quiet street but very close to the busy centre of town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

Matraze was too soft for my taste.

The staff was super friendly. I could store my baggage while hiking in the mountains for a few days. The room was clean and big enough for my purposes. Everything in town is walking distance from the hotel and there are nice shops close by

It’s a little tired looking, shower head is hand held only (but we got used to it). Garden needs maintenance.

Couldn’t rate the staff more highly. If there was a double smiley face we would have chosen it 😊😊. Location was awesome as we were just a close walk from the centre of town. We always got a car park but there weren’t a lot available. Property has lifts for suitcases. Did we mention the amazing staff 😜. Oh, and their English was very good which was great for us unilingual Aussies! A visit to the lake was recommended and we weren’t disappointed one bit.

The bathtub was not protected to have a shower, didn´t have curtains or a cristal screen to protect the water from soaping the floor. So having a shower was not posible and very uncomfortable. Only having a bath can be pleasant in this conditions. There was no toaster in the room. We missed it. The sittings around fire place were not very confortable. Couldn´t stay more than half an hour. Sofas were limited. But the place is very warm and pleasant.

Helpful employees. The room 113 was ok for 3 adults. Enough plugs, wardrobes and hunger. The tv set with hdmi. The kitchenette was very useful for breakfast . Coffee maker, kettle available. The fridge was very quite and didn´t disturb as at all. The warmth of the room was fantastic. Could adjust temperature and we could be efficient with consumption. There is a spa in the hotel for hiring for up to four people. Very private and cosy for a real relaxing family experience. We missed hungers for our clothes in the changing room. The price is great value for money. We were the first to use it in the afternoon, so everything was clean and tidy. The fireplace was nice. We got 30% discount in hiring the sky equipment at a very near shop.

The door lock really needs fixing. It was not comfortable to open and close the door since the lock is in the door handle.

Second time staying here. Enjoyed our pre-Christmas weekend. Close to the ski téléphérique and close to town. Everything was great.

There is no air conditioning so we were very hot all night. (No thermostat in the room)

The lock in our door wasn't opening very well, probably because it is quite old. There are no towels included in the price, so we had to carry our own.

We stayed for a weekend with my son. We had a great stay, first time in Cauterets. The staff was very friendly and helpful, telling us where the bakery was and all the center attractions. The beds were quite comfortable, view from the balcony amazing. We were lucky to find parking right next to the hotel, it was less crowded weekend. We had our own breakfast, so cannot say anything about that.

The bunk beds weren’t wide enough.

The shutters were electric, the toilet lid closed itself, the pressure of the shower was fantastic & the wardrobes were wide and close themselves.

The room was pretty tight.

The location and views were wonderful. The room was small but cozy. The mural of the grizzly bear made us feel at home (we currently live in Portugal but are from Montana, US)!
