The house itself is very cosy clean and stylish. Outdoor area is very green with swimming pool and garden area. The location is very convenient - only a few kilometers away from Saint Tropez and Saint Maxime.

We stayed for three nights and were very happy with our experience. The owners are incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. The rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need. The property is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature, offering a private and relaxing atmosphere. It’s also conveniently close to Saint-Tropez. Highly recommended!

There is nothing we didn’t like

The property was secluded, beautifully appointed and safe but also close enough to Saint Maxine and easily accessible to Saint Tropez. Our host, Emmanuellle, was incredibly friendly and hospitable providing us with wonderful recommendations for both dining and sightseeing allowing us to make the most of our stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The area is really safe (with security gates). Also really near to the beach, just a 10 min walk. The Hosts are very kind and lovely people. Loved everything about our stay.

one and only complaint it is that the towels provided were rough & scratchy- they are line dried obviously - and I get the environmental and budgetary concerns. But in any stay, and for the price, quality soft linens are necessary. (personal taste) But as I said this is a very very small complaint, and obviously wouldn't affect my decision to stay again. Just a note because they asked.

I'm a private person and so had my reservations about staying at a B&B, but the hotels were already oversold and over priced in mid-June, and so I took a risk here - but the owners made us feel so easy, relaxed and very welcome from the start! I was very happy with my decision immediately. The house is located in a gated private community, extremely quiet and peaceful, a gently breeze, a lovely distant sea view (from the upstairs room) and birds chirping. They have done a wonderful job creating a stylish and welcoming environment. We live in London, and our main desire was to be at the sea, so this wasn't perfect for us - but it's a simple 10 min drive to the local beach or 25 min to St Tropez, easy with a rental car. We were away most of the time, but had easy access, lovely privacy and great nights sleep when we returned to the property. (all rooms have private entrance, and beds are super comfy) I only wish we had more time to enjoy the breakfast (homemade crepes!) and most of all, the peaceful lovely pool! My husband and I both said we could have spent one full extra day just sunning and reading by the pool! next time…. ;) highly recommend x

L’espigoulie is very charming property. The atmosphere is very quite and relaxing. The rooms are very well decorated and very comfortable. Emmanuelle and her husband are amazing hosts, they gave us a lot of recommendations on restaurants and things to do. The property is very close to St Maxime and St Tropez is only 20 min away by car or bu taxi boat. we really enjoyed our stay here and we will definetly stay there if we come back to St Tropez.

This is just an incredible place. Absolutely gorgeous, the finish is to an incredibly high standard, you get a little courtyard of your own but access to the pool area which is extremely beautiful. The hosts are so lovely, very attentive and easy to get on with. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. I can't recommend it highly enough. There is private off street parking. There is a gate to access the residential area and then another gate to access the property. It was perfect for our trip

The hosts Emmanuel and Alex were very warm, caring and welcoming. Felt right at home. Beautiful setting. Delicious meals. Well appointed large room and bath. Option for sauna or steam and small gym. All very luxurious. Didn’t want to leave and hope to return one day.

We loved the stay at L'Espigoulié. First of all, the host are very attentive, the place is located in the highly secured area and the sound of silence is perfect for people who need to reset their work/life/ stress level. The breakfast was fully homemade, quality ingredients, but you can see throughout the place that every little detail is thought-out. Usually, the booking photos are nothing like real situation, but this place is actually better than the photos.
