One area that could be improved is the Wi-Fi access: they only provide two usernames and passwords (for two devices), even if the booking is for more than two people.

The hotel overall was very comfortable, with good facilities and a fairly good location. The furniture and décor are in a old-school style, but everything is well maintained and clean. The rooms are very spacious. The parking is big enough and video-secured. What’s truly worth highlighting is that the hotel is part of a society that provides a protected workplace for people with disabilities — something I appreciate and find important to support. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay with great value for money.

Beds were a bit hard and there's no nearby transit from the hotel to the center or airport. Not much in the immediate area in terms of restaurants, cafes, etc.

It's a pleasure to be greeted by friendly, helpful and professional staff. This was an unexpected highlight of our brief stay. The balcony was also nice.

There wasn’t a refrigerator in the room. That was the only one disadvantage.

Rooms were large and clean, and we had our private balcony. Breakfast was very good especially coffee machine. For 10 euros we had parking in the garage. We used tram which was not far from the hotel. That was convenient. Staff was very polite and friendly.

It’s not pretty, but that’s to be expected with the price you’re paying. The bed was a bit too firm for my liking. The WiFi was bad and you can only have one device per WiFi code (you get two, but only one works).

The main thing is that it’s clean. Pillows are comfortable and the room is surprisingly spacious. I liked that the toilet was in a separate little room from the bathroom. The AC actually works well, which is a relief in the summer.

Very disappointed that the restaurant was not open, after a 9 hour trip on a motorbike in 30 plus degrees we just wanted to chill with food and drink in the hotel not venture out to find somewhere. We were told the restaurant was closed until we arrived

1) Safe deposit not working, no way to repair it at once. (2) Out of some 20 listed TV stations only a handful was available (3) Out of two electrical outlets next to the desk, only one did work.

The shower was a little weird. There was only a tub, so you had to sit in the tub and use the showerhead because you couldn’t hang it up.
