Wonderful stay at Logis Hôtel Erreguina! Our room was clean, charming, and had a large window door that made it super easy to take our dog outside. The views of the mountains from the heart of Banca were stunning. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious — authentic Basque cuisine at its best.

A well located and comfortable hotel on our chosen motorcycle route. The rooms we occupied were what I would describe as 'compact doubles' towards the rear of the hotel and without balconies (many of the rooms did have balconies), but this was probably reflected in the lower prices we paid. They were nevertheless comfortable and well appointed. The staff were pleasant and helpful, particularly the lady receptionist/waitress who served us our evening meal. She happily talked us through the menu and recommended an excellent accompanying wine. The meal we ate was truly exceptional. Highly recommended. Thank you...

Our stay this time was too short.

It is the second time we stay here and it is a very nice family owned place with their own restaurant. Location is good for outdoor activities or a stop over on a journey crossing Pyrenees. Dinner is excellent with a comprehensive menu.

Such a lovely hotel. Twisting road to get there not for nervous drivers. Having walking difficulties and oxygen, staff put themselves out to make my stay comfortable. Restaurant was quaint, food was home made and lush .

We loved it at the hotel. We randomly stopped for the last night of drive around the Basque Country and couldn’t have found a nicer place to stay. The setting was beautiful, the staff were great and the food wonderful.

Everything was perfect and there wasn’t anything we didn’t like!

We absolutely LOVED our stay. The location was beautiful and the family friendly element of the business was super lovely. The room was nice and clean and rather big! We travelled as a couple with a dog and the room was perfect for us. We only stayed 1 night, but the views were amazing and the food from the restaurant is one of the best meals we’ve had in a very long time (and we eat out a lot!!) Overall it was a lovely stay and we hope to stay here again on day.

If you want a quiet stay in the Pyrenees with wonderful views and walks this should fit the bill. The hotel is typically Basque of considerable age. It is family run with modern facilities. We always go for the Comfort Rooms which are in a modern wing with views over the mountains. They either have a terrace or balcony with outdoor seating. They allow dogs.

The hotel is like slipping into a dream - clean, quiet - a true refuge. I've been many times and will always go back when I'm in the Basque Country.

Nice surprise. A good room with 'patio' doors opening onto a small terrace and great views. The village of Banca is out in the country but the hotel has an excellent restaurant. Good parking immediately outside.
