A bit far from the center of the city. At the time we came, the camping area was in work, thus not the best surrounding.

Excellent value for a family of 5 with the 2 bedroom cabin. Staff were friendly, and ammenties such as the restaurant, pool, kids play area, and laundry facilities were nice to have. The lack of a toaster in the kitchen and no option for renting bed linens was disappointing as we were travelling from Australia and were not prepared to bring our own. WiFi was available in the common area at the main Reception building, but the coverage unfortunately did not reach the cabin.

Very pleasant stay. I was there at the end of the summer season so it was very quiet. I would think the entire site would be quite busy in peak season. It was lovely to have a kettle in the room.

Looking forward to when the restaurant and bar re-opens. Rooms could probably do with a little updating with the decor. The plastic kids play area out the front of the Chalet spoils the lovely views and detracts from the natural surroundings. Also some tree planting in front of the Chalet would screen the view of the carpark and camper vans out the front.

Quiet location within easy walking distance of the village less than 10 minutes walk away. Friendly staff. Lovely balcony views of the mountains. Great access to rural walks and mountain scenery.

The hotel was a bit out of town. I chose it deliberately so we could see the stars, but it was a trek when walking into town for skiing or supper! It was quite expensive.

I think it is Booking and not the hotel that mislead us. We were looking for a hotel in tignes le lac and booking offered this hotel stating it was 18 kilometres far from tinges. This was very misleading because we had the surprise that the real distance by the shortest road was 81 kilometres. I guess booking gives air distances rather than road distances.

Avoid This Place – Cold, Dirty, and Uncomfortable I wish I had better things to say about this hotel, but my experience was terrible. The room was freezing, with no proper heating, making it impossible to get comfortable. To make things worse, the room was dirty—dusty surfaces an overall unclean feeling. But the worst part? No sheets on the bed. Was supposed to be with payment about 1 month before🤯🤯🤯Just a bare mattress and a thin, questionable blanket. It felt completely unacceptable for any hotel, regardless of price. The staff seemed indifferent when I raised my concerns, offering no real solutions. I ended up leaving earlier than planned because I simply couldn’t stay another night in such uncomfortable conditions. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. This place is not worth it. Would you like me to adjust the tone—more detailed, angrier, or funnier?

No internet connection in any of the rooms although it was advertised as one of the perks of the hotel, the pool was outside the hotel and with -7 degrees, it was not really a pleasure to get there... we paid 40 EUR for breakfast (2 adults and 1 child) and there was literally nothing to eat and even less since we arrived after other guests had already breakfast (in the picture). In addition we spent 165 EUR for new year's eve dinner to eat boiled chicken, tiny (really really tiny) portions of starters and my daughter did not get her children menu until 21.30 pm after we asked multiple times for it, in fact, she ended up eating our food as she was starving...definitely overpriced and would never go back there!

the staff/ owners were so warm and friendly. we asked at late notice for an extra mattress and they gave us their own sons bed. We were also incredibly sick and they brought us lemon water and were going to help us with a doctor if we needed it. They were so kind. The chalet was so beautiful and cosy and the surrounds are spectacular. Food in the restaurant is also delicious.
