Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. DenmarkI am not sure if EKLO hotel is trying to scam me. I was asked to confirm reservation a couple of days before my stay, and I also received a message saying I have to verity my card. That I had to do that as a customer. They wrote that they would send my bank a push message to my bank that I had to confirm. It sounds so wrong. Why do I have to confirm my card via a push message send to my bank, when it has never been necessary before when booking via Booking.com I ignored the message and payed by card at the hotel, but still received this message by WhatsApp today: Dear K. L. Please reply to this message and let us know whether we should wait for confirmation or cancel your booking now. Unfortunately, we have not received confirmation of your verification. Please note that if verification is not completed within the next 12 hours, the system will automatically cancel your booking. Dear guest, we are not claiming that you are using someone else's card. Sometimes Booking or the hotel's security system requests additional verification for all guests, even if you have used your card before. Without completing this step, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee your reservation and registration. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, and me giving a 7 is because is their communication when it comes to payment. But the staff was really friendly, the beds were nice and it has aircondition. It is placed right by the station and close to central city. I can recommend a stay at the hotel, but this thing regarding payment is too weird.

FranceThe hotel is located 50 meters from Gare Saint-Roch. It could not be in a better location. The entrance is a lively bar/restaurant called French Kiss, so there's a moment's hesitation before recognizing that it's also the hotel. The staff were great. The room was small, just a bed, a built-in desk, and a bathroom, but it's enough if you're not planning on hanging out in the room. I really enjoyed the convenience and the atmosphere.

Lovedd the location. so close to the main station- literally 2 min walk- and the main square. Staff were nice, cool games in the reception. We stayed a day so couldn't try out the bar and party nights but they surely looked cool. Rooms were clean.

BulgariaGetting to the hotel's parking requires a full tutorial which they will send IF you explicitly request the parking upfront. Otherwise, you have absolutely no chance to park since the hotel is in the old town. And entering the premises of the old town requires a pass! If the parking is more important to you than the location, choose a hotel outside the old town. The breakfast was weird; you have to boil your eggs, which means that if you want to eat eggs your breakfast time will increase by 20 min : 6-9 to boil the edd and another 10 to cool down a bit before removing the shell and eating them:) the boiling machine can boil 6 eggs at a time... many eggs, but many won't eat if they want; I can't believe I wrote so much about the eggs... funny stuff :)
Marie, the woman working at the reception was very helpful and caring. I had difficulty finding the parking and she guided me patiently. Extremely professional super woman.

Eklo was super option for budget stay in Montpellier. I especially liked breakfast at the terrace, so authentic and frenchie in a good way. There are different opinions in the references, but I did enjoy the breakfast: boiled eggs, sandwiches with ham &cheese, fresh pain au chocolate, juicie fruits. Plus location: near the Gare all tram lines cross (the main transport in Montpellier) The hotel asked deposit, but did arrived back same day of check out, can be trasted.

IrelandIt could have been a bit cleaner. Also keep in mind that if you are with small kids, there is loud music till late so if that makes it difficult for your kids to sleep this is not the place for you. But check with the hotel as I don't think that these events are daily.
The location was great and the bunk bed in the room for the kids was great. Staff so kind and helpful. Location is also amazing as you have everything within walking distance. A bit difficult to find the parking, but once you figure it out it's easy.

FranceThe only one thing I did not like was the local young idiots making a lot of noise in front of the hotel but it is more police matter which is next door by the way. Monkeys in the zoo made less noise then those bastards. But in general the area is safe.
The room was smaller then I expected but everything was so well organised that I didn't feel any discomfort. The hotel is new and well designed. There is a restaurant with the garden terrace and a big entertainment area with the bar on the groundfloor. The staff is young and super helpful and welcoming. Great location just 2 min from the main train station.
