It was set in a quiet little street. Small hotel but intimate and staff were lovely and very helpful

The air conditioning wasn’t really working and it was over 30 degrees when we stayed

Very comfortable beds, fantastic location, clean and tidy room, room also had a safe which was helpful for storing valuables. The location was the best part, super close to the Eiffel Tower and lots of wonderful restaurants nearby. Room also had A/C which was handy as the windows open directly onto a walkway so you wouldn't want to sleep with the window open.

Rooms are TINY, we had a twin room and it's two single beds right next to each other with barely any room on either side of the beds, we couldn't open both our suitcases at the same time. Despite leaving a sign on the door asking our room to be tidied each day we were there (we stayed four nights) our room was only cleaned once after our first night which was disappointing. The bathroom window also didn't lock and as the walkway is directly under the windows this wasn't ideal.

We arrived close to midnight and left at 6:30 the next morning, so I don't have a lot of knowledge about the place. The room was smaller than US standards, but had the basics. The bed was comfortable, there was air conditioning, and hot water in the shower.

The bathroom was small, which was expected, but there was no place to hang a towel. The toilet paper holder was falling off and the sink did not drain well.

Easy check in, lovely staff. Stores bags for us the next day.

Close to tower and activities

Room was too small for two people. The bathroom was tiny and the basin was so close to the toilet you could wash your was while sitting on the toilet. Cleaning staff were lovely but the staff covering reception couldn't help with directions or transport options in the area

The location was near the Eiffel Tower.

Ground floor room with not even enough space to put our bags and not able to open curtains without being seen from reception. Room smelt/felt damp and the bathroom door was broken to the point that I was trapped inside it. Other guests seemed happy but we left after 1 night. Do not accept room 28.

Great location with many restaurants and shops nearby. Only about 10 minutes to walk to the Eiffel Tower! The staff was great and informative for anything we needed. We loved that we arrived early and they still allowed us to check-in. We had to check out but still had hours to explore before heading to our next destination and they let us store our luggage, which was very helpful!

The staff was really kind, really nice. I liked that it was possible to pay the tourist tax by card.

There were some opened tea packages left in the drawer with the tea and coffee. Also one of the glasses in the bathroom wasn't clean.

Wonderful location, everything is close. Very clean. We had Eiffel tower wiev. Staff were friendly, helpful.

Short walk to Eiffel tower, restaurants. Nice breakfast option (complimentary due to renovations). Host team was wonderful (Thank you Stephan, Thomas, Camara, and Fania).

No complaints. For some, the room may be small but it was perfect for us 3 adults and luggage.
