The bathroom was small, which was expected, but there was no place to hang a towel. The toilet paper holder was falling off and the sink did not drain well.

We arrived close to midnight and left at 6:30 the next morning, so I don't have a lot of knowledge about the place. The room was smaller than US standards, but had the basics. The bed was comfortable, there was air conditioning, and hot water in the shower.

Room was too small for two people. The bathroom was tiny and the basin was so close to the toilet you could wash your was while sitting on the toilet. Cleaning staff were lovely but the staff covering reception couldn't help with directions or transport options in the area

There were some opened tea packages left in the drawer with the tea and coffee. Also one of the glasses in the bathroom wasn't clean.

The staff was really kind, really nice. I liked that it was possible to pay the tourist tax by card.

The only thing I found is that the rooms were very small but the price was reasonable.

The air conditioning is controlled centrally so the min temp was set to “19 degrees Celcius”. It was a little to warm all night and so we didn’t really sleep that well. The hotel was a bit noisy with other guests as well.

Great location, the staff were friendly and gave us good info. The location was great for us as we were only In Paris for 24 hours so wanted to be close to the Eiffel Tower.

Lots of construction materials by our path to our room door. Very small bathroom. Parking is challenging and access to the hotel can be a challenge at times since it's a one way street and cannot get through with cars and delivery trucks constantly blocking the road.

It's conveniently near the Eiffel tower and all spots and has Air conditioning!

Under construction which they did not say when I booked. We heard people working on the building all night. Rooms are extremely small.

The location of the property is really nice. It’s around a lot of easy to reach places with walking. And the Metro was so close by.

It was all good.

Only a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Across the street from the Tower is a hop on hop off water bus that does a loop that stops at some of the major sites like Notre Dame and the Louve. Lots of restaurants near the hotel.Breakfast was fine.

There was renovation work going on during my stay, I think it would have been polite to let guests know at time of booking that there would be workmen, noise, mess and some inconvenience. My bathroom, while 98% complete had a couple of holes in the wall with wires visible. There also wasn't anywhere to hang a towel to dry? I thought for what I paid it was over-priced. There was a nicer looking 4 star hotel around the corner which had much better reviews and turns out was the same price as this property which is only a 3 star.

The location is very good. A 5 minute walk to Champ-de-Mars (the park by the Eiffel Tower). The neighbourhood has lots of cafes and bistros with the popular Rue Cler also nearby. Good bus, metro and train connections in the area. The bed was very comfy and the shower was nice with good water pressure.

I know its hard to keep hotel clean during renovation but if you are in hotel business you need to take care if this. Secondly, cleaning stuff was next to elevator which has blocked entrance to elevator all day and was very difficult to get in elevator

I liked the Location of this hotel, though this hotel is going through renovation. I hopw they will improve. In overall stay was good. Room was a small however good for couple of nights. There is alot of improvement needed hopefully they will improve such as there was nothing to hang towels in bathroom. I understand it was under renovation they will improve.

The lift. It’s a help but you still need to use the stairs and with luggage and a young child is uncomfortable

The room was small however I believe all rooms in Paris are small, a little hard when you are travelling and have large suitcases.
