The room was in an annex, with the entry filled with bikes and not clean at all. The room was ok but a bit weird configuration. The tv couldn’t be watched from bed as there were a Cristal and wood panel in between.

We struggled to locate the hotel initially. This was due to road closures, so it's no fault of the hotel.

We booked an apartment online but were offered a room in the hotel on arrival. Staff were very friendly, and the location was right in the middle of town. The receptionist very kindly helped to push our car on departure as it wouldn't start!!

Staff did not inform us that restaurant was closed for dinner, board said it was open. Reception staff kept questioning if I wanted breakfast, refused 3 times over the 2 days

No pics on site of apartments. Apartment was v warm. Windows are small and above head height so also dark inside. No info re dinner at hotel or spa provided. Car parking limited - public parking nearby.

Central location is excellent. Functional space with comfortable bed. Kitchenette useful. Good shower. Plenty of places for light breakfast in town although not many places available for dinner on a Tues eve! Staff spoke excellent English - Thankyou!

The restaurant exceeded our expectations, the food was delicious and the staff were very attentive. The breakfast in the morning was also excellent. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.

There was a rock festival going on that weekend and it was difficult to get the hotel or to get parking. Ideally, the hotel should have proactively reached out to us. We still were able to eventually figure it out but there were barricades everywhere and we could not get to the hotel. Also, our apartment/room was on the top floor and there was no elevator. That was a bit frustrating to not have a lift an to carry 50lbs bags up 5 flights of stairs. It would have been nice if they would have offered service for that.

Cold bathroom floor. No shower screen. We didn’t find the safe until checkout day (but we later found it did say in the room information where to find it). Smokers in the courtyard under our window.

Comfortable bed. Large room. Great location - walk to all sites in the old town. Excellent restaurant and bar. One of the reception ladies (seemed the more experienced of the two) was friendly and helpful. Bike storage in secure courtyard (but not undercover).

The bathroom had a very strange smell and being on the square it was a bit noisy with the windows open - no air conditioning.

Excellently located in the centre of the town with some but limited parking. We booked the rooms with the kitchen that turn out to be in the annex next door. Comfortable beds and small but nice spa.

There is a spa at the hotel, but when I have booked to stay, I don’t really expect to have to pay extra to use the facilities, so we didn’t.

The hotel looks very impressive from the outside and it nicely situated. We had booked parking at the hotel, but there is also parking in the square outside (apart from a couple of days a week when there is a market in the square. Everything about the hotel was a typical, city centre hotel. The room was nice and functional, the breakfast was good.
