Facility needs some repairs [e.g. windows, hair dryer...] and renovation. Some rooms have quite small beds, not comfortable for two people. Very noisy, location is busy at night.

Simple hotel in a great location. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Accommodation is ok for a short stay. Bars, restaurants, shops and market - all just at the entrance and around the corner. Close to Luxembourg gardens and still walking distance to some of the major touristic sites.

Run down and grotty. Bathroom tiles are covered in mould.

Just needed it for a layover in Paris so I could catch an early train the next day.

CAN BE A BIT NOISY BECAUSE OF THE POPULAR EATERIES BELOW THE HOTEL. WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO HAVE A FAN/AIR CON IN THE ROOM WHEN IT GOT TOO HOT.

There were no instructions for the safety deposit box and I couldn't work it.

The place was very clean. Location was excellent in the heart of Montparnasse and only 2 mins from the Edgar Quinet Metro station.

Stairs are very steep, but in my case it was accessible.

The picture I was sent was not the room I received. It was so grotty that I began to question the life choices I had made that led me to stay there . The room felt cold and the heating would not switch on. The shower ( let's not go there shall we ? ) I decided not to use . The bed was comfortable . The walls were stained and I was worried about bed bugs . The stairs leading to my room were winding, dirty and musty and it's evident that the entire hotel needs renovation . The room has a metal key and a worryingly weak lock . I put a chair against the door for safety ( yup, I'm that kinda person ) as the people going past at midnight were unsettling . Honestly , you get what you pay for . An air of despair surrounds you but on the bright side, you have saved money and can spend that cash on some silly overpriced meal in a nearby eatery .

It literally takes 4 minutes to get there from the main entrance at Montparnasse station. It costs £85 for a bed for the night in total with little to no notice . The staff member who greeted me was polite and to the point and professional .

I stayed 4 nights, the location was exceptional and my stay was pleasant. The room was small but comfortable. I asked them for an invoice since my travel was for work. They sent it by email after my leaving.

Can't complain about a thing since I know the kind of hotel this would be, and I'd certainly return if the need arises.

This small, value property cannot be compared to high-end Parisian hotels. The lobby is small and not very clean and the stairs leading to the rooms had carpeting that surely needs to be changed. However, the room was clean as was the bathroom and the bed was comfortable. The location has myriad restaurants, cafes, bistros, you name it! The appeal for us was that it is a 5-minute walk from the Gare de Montparnasse. Beware, there is no elevator.

Bathroom has loose tiles and very small. There is no lift. The Hotel needs upgrading. Too expensive for the quality of the rooms.

Convenient.

I stay 3days , 2 nights, , the rooms was very good , clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. Due to weather was very hot , I dint sleep 2 nights . I will suggest the management to fix a-condition or have fan in the room . Other than this I’m happy . The location of the hotel very convenient, supermarket , metro , restaurant, cafe all serounde. I will full recommend to anyone .

The mattress was really uncomfortable, the springs were quite literally poking my back and I couldn't sleep at all. The toilets, although clean, were quite small, my shoulders couldn't fit on the toilet nor shower box, also during the morning my hot water did not work so I had to have a cold shower before leaving.

The gentleman at the reception was really nice and polite and even recommended a couple places for me to go for dinner. The hotel location was also really good and quite central, close to metro lines and busses and a lot of restaurants close by.
