It isn’t cheap but you get the premium service you pay for. This is our fifth stay at the Odalys EDENARC and we’ve had a variety of rooms for the four of us (two ‘adult’ children so basically four adults). Location is true ski in/out and can use the DAHU lift free of charge to get up and down to 1800. Carreley chair lift is never busy and is 150m down the hill from the door of the Odalys. We had a Superior 6person 2bedroom apartment this time and it was delightful. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the facilities are brilliant and the overall place is great. We always stay for 14 or 15 nights and this was our best stay yet.

Great location next to pedestrian gondola down to beginner area. Could ski down an easy reds to all the lifts. Near the Folie douce but not noisy at the hotel. Small spa shop, ski rental and restaurant all a few feet away. Ski lockers and pool accessed from ground floor of our apartment block. Apartment spacious with breath taking views.

Excellent hotel and apartments on an excellent location with great facilities and service. The main complaint is that the onsite bar and restaurant Voga Goga was seriously understaffed and waiting times to order drinks were up to 30 mins in a queue at the bar which is ridiculous. The staff were doing their best but management seriously need to increase staffing or risk losing customers. Otherwise everything was great.

Not much. Twin room was on small side. Long walk into town early morning to catch coach as public transport don't start til 8.30.

Well maintained, clean, spacious apartment especially main bedroom. nice views. Very good leisure facilities. Small shop nearby and ski shop. Very convenient for slopes. Dahu pedestrian lift down into town operates til late. Ski room with boot warmers.

The apartment was lovely and spacious. There were a couple of minor glitches. We'd been sent information about the doorcode when we checked in online, but we didn't know that they keys would be in the apartment so we queued at the hotel desk with everyone else. Also, the keys for the locker were hard to find. Having said that the locker facility was great and we had a wonderful time with a view of the slopes and plenty of space to relax.

Toaster was missing in the appartement at our arrival and it took 2 days to get a new one.

Receptionist appeared to have been on her first day when we arrived & gave 4 false pieces of local information, which didn't help with getting set up on first day. Mattresses VERY firm. Sauna & steam room not especially warm because of lots of coming & going - including children, despite no under 16s signs up.

Very spacious, excellent wide ski lockers, pool fantastic, great facilities. Dog friendly.

Ski in ski out, ideally located and by god we had the best ever 2nd week of April, dropped 10cm mid week to see us through, luved it!
