Absolutely nothing

Great hotel in superb location. Staff all great and went over and above to be helpful and knowledgeable. Car park underground and close by. Felt it was safe and secure. Hotel give half price parking when you give them the car park ticket. Breakfast excellent and great choice in pleasant surroundings including outside courtyard area

Very little not to like. The (piano-themed) carpet in the corridors looks a bit grubby in places and needs a professional clean. More could be made of the patio area. But these are small points.

Very cheerful, welcoming and helpful staff. V good breakfast. Excellent location! Room had a sense of it being basic but it was clean and the bed comfortable. Not a luxury hotel by any standard but this was a pleasant stay and the hotel is very recommendable.

Large shelf behind bed was dusty.

The air con was vital in the heatwave. The room was modern, comfortable, quiet and the decor was relaxing. The bathroom was excellent. Breakfast was lovely, and I’d want to commend the staff who were all excellent and could not be more helpful. Thanks for a great stay.

Nothing. It was perfect for me., However, if you have a car, this would not be an ideal place to stay. This hotel is great if you are on foot or using public transport.

It's in the heart of the city, but actually really quiet because of the courtyard that surround the rooms facing inward.

There is no safe in the room. It’s not a dislike, only a comment for improvement.

The location was perfect! You step out of the hotel and you’re on the Capitole Square. I loved that I was able to walk EVERYWHERE and be at the center of the town. I didn’t use a taxi once I arrived because all the sights are within walking distance. [note: I am an avid walker so the location was perfect for my preference]. The metro is also very close so you can take the metro if you wish. The property is well designed - modern, very comfortable, double paned windows to keep the noise out. The breakfast is very good with many options- eggs, bacon, sausage; croissants with many types of bread, jams and honey; fruit platter; yoghurts; coffee and tea. You will be full The staff were very helpful and kind. It’s an excellent property.

Not one thing!!!

Everything!! This is a gem of a hotel! Staff so friendly and helpful, fantastic location , the room was so quiet and clean and such a comfortable bed, breakfast was delicious, great value for money. The hotel has a beautiful calm vibe with a lovely courtyard. If only more hotels were like this!!!

There is nothing we disliked.

The hotel was in an excellent location in the centre capitole, a lovely square with bars and restaurants. Easy to explore Toulouse. The hotel exceeded our expectations for an Ibis Styles. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection of options. We enjoyed the pretty courtyard garden area, having a drink in the evening before going for dinner.

It wasn’t the hotel, but a taxi transfer to the airport was advertised at €25 but we were charged €40, so I would suggest changing that because we had to scramble for the right money

Location was excellent, right in the square and so easy to get to. It is a beautiful hotel, and the wallpaper behind the bed was an absolute delight. The staff were professional and funny, all at the same time

The shower pressure was non-existent. I thought that it was because I may have showered at the same time as everyone else the first morning (around 9.30am), but the second morning I was in the shower at 5.30 and the pressure was still just as bad.

The room was lovely and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was unbelievable - all the pastries and fresh fruit I could eat! And the location was superb. I treated myself to a room overlooking the Place du Capitole and the view did not disappoint!
