Breakfast was basic. Staff were not overly friendly. No netflix and couldn’t get tv settings to register English language.

Great location in marina - had a spacious room and huge bathroom with a view of the citadel. Room was spotless. Sound proof windows. Bathroom whilst great offered no amenities like shampoo and conditioner and hygienic items. Old town was a 10 minute walk up a steep hill.

Perfect location in the marina close to restaurants and shopping and close to the walk towards the Old Town. In addition they offer free parking (with a deposit guarantee though) very close by.

Our room was next to the staircase, which made it very noisy during the night and early in the morning. I would have expected better noise cancelling.

There’s a little refrigerator in the room. It’s a big nice, but there isn’t enough and you can take it downstairs and fill it with cold water. But the bedding is absolutely for class. It’s the best betting I’ve been in in Europe.

It literally right on the water in the port there is probably $1 billion worth of expensive boats all along the dock I’ve never seen so many impressive votes outside of Monaco. I’m taking the ferry tomorrow over to Sardinia. I ride a motorcycle every year through Europe.

For customers who are driving, we would suggest sharing a link for the "parking minute" a day or two prior to arrival (this is the short-term parking where one can drop off luggage and park until they get a free parking pass for another parking location a bit further away). Otherwise, it is not easy to find, and many just end up in front of a closed gate, at the other end of the pedestrian area, frustrated, with a car full of luggage. But once you are briefed by the front desk, things fall in place and it is quite convenient.

Our family room felt a bit small (can't really leave large suitcases open!) but it is to be expected in such a prime location. The staff at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The front lobby transforms into an unexpected breakfast area in the morning, as they are using every bit of space in a smart way. There are tons of restaurants nearby, and wonderful hikes starting from the citadelle. The grocery store and the laundry place next to the hotel were both incredibly convenient.

Very helpful staff. Accommodating. The reception provided me space in hotel refrigerator for my auto travel groceries that need refrigeration. However I completely forgot to pick it up from fridge upon our departure!

We had a lovely room with a small balcony overlooking the road and cliff face at the back. It was very nice as we booked this last minute so having an outdoor area was great. The location of the hotel is great - towards the end of the hotels on the harbour front and only 5-10 minutes from the ferry that we arrived on from Sardinia. It was also a bonus being able to park our rental car for free in a parking area only 5 minutes from the hotel. And having a supermarket, Spar, in the next building was a big plus point for us.

Wonderful stay at the Best Western. Comfy room. Location is great - right near harbor with many restaurant choices. The hotel has its own delightful spot for breakfast and drinks right next to the water. Staff was friendly and kind and even sent us away with a gift when they learned it was my husband's birthday!
