Position of hotel, beautiful lakeside and golf course. I enjoyed my balcony room, very clean and comfortable bed. Had an excellent massage , Emma was very efficient and I really felt better after my treatment.

Evening meal was expensive for what it was. Not the best place for coeliacs to eat. We were overcharged for cider which we did not notice until we left the hotel.

The room was very good. Beds comfortable and a nice view of the golf course. Breakfast was excellent.

We did arrive at 1 AM in the morning, entrance door and entrance area was completely dark and the door to enter the Hotel was locked. No sign where to call, unfortunately we found the bell and ring and someone came. Furthermore if you use the address from the Internet, you stand in the place of nowhere with many since private property.

Staff, a young lady in the morning, was very kind and helpful.

Evening menu didn’t change so had to find somewhere nearby to eat as do not want to eat same menu for more than two nights Bar closed 10pm - nowhere to sit and chat with friends. Outside bar area poor and unkept

The room could benefit from an update. Spa facilities; this again could benefit from a refurb The breakfast was very poor; unfortunately with flies landing on the uncovered items which was off putting. Not the usual standard of a Best Western plus hotel

The staff were amazing very welcoming. Restaurant manager and receptionist staff both a credit to the hotel.

Renovations being done for a spa which will be great when completed but unsightly during our stay. Also, main bar was shut for renovations.

Location is lovely. Leisure lake and golf course literally on doorstep. Supermarket nearby.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, modern and well-decorated room with a nice large balcony. Friendly and helpful staff, even when checking in after Midnight, and a good breakfast buffet.

We were using the hotel for a quick stopover on our way from Dieppe to Southern Brittany and whilst we didn't use the pool due to lack of time the room was ideal for our needs and fully met our expectations.

This hotel is building a new welness center next to the hotel. In the morning the workman start early. On sunday and monday the restaurant is closed. And also many other restaurants. If you want to have a quiet stay we wouldn't go here for the next months Also the airco did not work well.

The location is ok. It is better to stay in the Lancelot hotel beside this hotel.

We have stayed in this hotel many times in the last 20 years. The staff are always friendly and helpful and standards are consistent.

We should have been advised when booking that the hotel was a building and construction site. We had a balcony with our room of which we made only limited use because of the construction working being carried out at the time of our stay. At 4pm on the second day of our stay the room was not made up and no coffee was available in the room. We complained and then got the room sorted and very resultantly we were given free coffee from room service. The hotel seemed to be operating under its potential and under staffed.

The food was good when the kitchen was open and over the 3 nights we stayed the kitchen was only open for dinner on one occasion and not at all for lunch This was not obvious to us at the time of booking. Recommendations from reception for alternative restaurants within the vicinity were minimal and directions were poor. Lunch Bar snacks and drinks were available but there was no one to serve them. We had to ask reception to serve the snack which looked as thought they were made by the constructions workings

Hairs in Bath, shower head broke, air con was set at 23° (government guidelines apparently), so room was warm

The room looked like it's from the 90's- On top of that there's no A/C which is a must have when it's 30 degrees outside.

The spa facilities are great, we also really enjoyed the breakfast with a view on the golf.
