The bed was a bit uncomfortable. At first, the room looked like it might need renovation, but it was perfectly usable.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was great — very close to the station and within walking distance of the city center. The room had all the facilities you might need for a short stay, beds were clean, and there was enough space for three people.

The bathroom needs some maintenance. Paint peeling at points, toilet seat loose and the shower doors need cleaning at the edges. About the location, even though it is convenient, that specific street had some shady characters sometimes, although we didn't have any trouble.

Overall the location was great if you plan on visiting the rest of the riviera, as it is close to the train station but also relatively close to the old town too. Water pressure and temperature were great. Staff were always cheerful and helpful.

Quite petite. Really small for 2 people. Okay for just sleeping at night. Property was clean and neat though. The kitchen utensils need to change for example the chopping board is really worn off from long use, the kettle looks quite dirty from inside as well.

Old department that needs renovation! Really small inside . From pics we expected much larger space. The bed is actually a ranch bed. Too expensive for what it offers

Location was superb. Close to the Nice-Ville train station the tram stop. Plenty of eateries, cafes and supermarkets around. Short pleasant walk to the beach and the old town. The room was clean. Wifi was excellent.

One of the 2 receptionists I met - the one at check in - was somewhat strange, an unpleasant experience. The other one - at key drop off - was very nice and accomodating.

Nothing in particular with the accommodation itself. The room price was high compared to what I have paid elsewhere, but that reflects local market conditions and time of year.

Room was tidy and comfortable; it had kitchenette facilities though I didn't use them. Location was very convenient being 5 minutes from the Jean Medecin tramstop coming from the airport. I needed relatively low-cost accommodation and -- travelling alone with valuables -- I didn't want to stay in a shared room in a hostel. I would stay there again in similar circumstances.

The beds were low and windows did not shut all the way, but that is typical for the area and in old Nice. The town is pretty.

The location, stay, and images look just as pictured. Very close to the bus and train. Staff was helpful and stayed awake to welcome us at 1 AM. The area was great. has an elevator which is rare for the area.

The bathroom we had was very small, particularly the shower. I am only 5’2” and I kept hitting the taps and shower curtain when showering. But for only a 1-2 night stay it’s not that big of a deal.

Great location to the main attractions of Nice. Close to the waterfront and restaurants. Staff were pleasant and easy to deal with.

I left the window open one night and ended up struggling with mosquitoes, but thankfully the room was equipped with air conditioning. I used it the following nights, and the situation improved.

The hotel was overall a good choice, and I would recommend it for a short stay. Its location is excellent—right in the city center, within walking distance of public transportation, shopping areas, and the main train station. The kitchenette was functional and equipped with the essentials, and I appreciated that coffee capsules were provided for the entire duration of my stay.

No sufficient power outlets in the room especially near the bed. The street felt uncomfortable at night because of drunk and homeless people. The staff were rather unfriendly in demeanor, but they were still helpful when needed.
