NorwayMissing towels in the room, quality of bed linens. The breakfast was really poor and overpriced, don’t recommend it. Corridors and hotel are felling the time. No AC on the room. WC in the room is really poor.
Rooms are well sound insulated and have good size. Room price was ok. 15 min walk to Futuroscope. Parking was ok.

United KingdomThe room was very warm especially as it had been a very hot day. At night when we went to sleep the room was still very warm and there was no air conditioning. To try cool the room we slept with the window open but as the room was facing the motorway this meant we heard cars and trucks all night. Hardly got any sleep due to the heat and noise which is a shame as the room itself was lovely.

United KingdomNOTE: Our stay happened to be the start of an epic heatwave. I am NOT blaming the hotel for gobal warming! This might be something for guests to keep in mind in midsummer. It wouldn't be a concern in cooler weather. There seemed to be no air conditioning in the rooms aside from windows - not normally a problem - but closed curtains and windows that open on a safety latch didn't make anything cooler. We had a room with 2 people in, and it was unbearable at night with the heat and no air movement. If you have small personal fans, take them. It was an extreme circumstance for us, not something the hotel could take responsibility for!
We had 3 rooms for this stay and they were clean and comfortable. The rooms were extremely good value for money and plenty of space to move around the beds. The rooms were pirate themed as in the design of the beds, and the hotel itself has some pirate decor. A few in our group were a little sad about this as they thought it would be very 'pirate' based. HOWEVER, the restaurant took all these expectations and blew them out of the water! It is amazing! Not only is it themed as a ship and island (amazing), but the food choice is large, the food is tasty, and the atmosphere was brilliant. The expectation of pirates was fully met here. We had dinner and breakfast, and there was nothing that I would say needed changing in the restaurant. It was a 15 min walk to the park for us (as we have mobility needs in the group), but it was straightforward and well signed, so it was easy to follow instructions. There is also a bus available.

United KingdomParking - lack of spaces Room - very small and dated: not as nice as the photos show! No air conditioning on a super hot day and not fan offered. We had a thunderstorm in the evening and the window leaked, causing a huge puddle in the room. Room was dirty and uncleared from previous visitors Restaurant is not located inside the building, you have to walk to another building Restaurant- Is an all you can eat/drink buffet. Very expensive and not a lot of choice for vegetarians! Staff - could speak English at check in but then unable to understand when raising an issues with them. Not overly friendly on check in.

United KingdomWhere to start. Things started ok, rooms were nice, spacious and comfortable though 2 towels for 4 people so had to get more from reception. Not much of an issue as these things happen. The issue came at nearly midnight when whilst in the shower and my wife laying on the bed with 2 of our children in theirs, the locked door opens and a man walks in with his family, only stopped by the yelling of my wife who wasn't dressed. When I checked, the number on their card was indeed for our room. Apparently this was very amusing to this family, not so much to my wife who was very distressed. Once dressed I went to reception who just kept saying it can't happen, however clearly knew it had as she said she'd already allocated them to another room. We insisted she cancel all the keys which she reluctantly did, however not once did she offer an apology. On leaving we were asked how our stay was and explained what happened. This receptionist did apologise but offered nothing to try and alleviate the situation. Having complained to booking.com they were equally as useless and told us to contact the property. We pointed out that nt only had we already tried, as we'd booked through them so they should try and help. Very long story short, booking said they would come back to us and 2 weeks later, despite chasing, they still haven't. Really disappointed in booking.com for a total lack of interest in their customers but would strongly advise to avoid a hotel that is clearly not safe for it's guests.
