Location convenient to train station and historic centre. Restaurant had very good food dinner and breakfast.

The hotel is quite central and typical French. The brasserie is nice and you get a good breakfast for a reasonable price. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean.

The interior courtyard is untidy

You can reach Albi's central square in 5 minutes by foot. The room was big and silent, we could rest well.

Parking solutions are not advertised well on booking. We found out where to go (a private parking nearby) by reading the q&a section.. Also, the price mentioned is old (7 euro vs a current price of 10.8 euro per day). The person who checked us in doesn't speak English and getting help was quite a challenge. It seems the owners had bad experiences with remotes, and they don't allow you to keep them in the room. The air conditioning could not be modulated, only turned on and off, we had to ask some of the staff the change settings for us. The TV remote was not in the room, the girl helping us had to try a couple of times to find what remote she had to give us.

Advertised with car parking, and I double-checked this when booking, so disappointed that we discovered we had to park the car in a local public car park at 9 Euros / day. Perhaps something was misunderstood, and not a great deal to pay, but disconcerting on arrival.

Location fantastic. Entrance through down market bar or narrow impersonal passage. Stairs challenging. Seemed to be off season accomodation to main hotel.

A lovely hotel about 10 mins walk from the centre. The hotel had a separate entrance from the bar and restaurant but someone was always available if needed. The room was cleaned every day. The staff were excellent and made us feel at home. Breakfast was served in the bar and although we only had a coffee and croissant, other people had the breakfast suggested which I think was excellent value for money. We ate in the restaurant every evening and the food was well priced and delicious. Unpretentious excellent hotel.

We booked 2 rooms on the same floor and close to each other as my Father is 94 - or two rooms close together.on the same floor. However, my Father's room was on rhe ground floor and ours was on the 2nd via a spiral staorcase as their was NO LIFT. My husband is 71 and I'm 67 so carrying our laggage up a small, spiral staircase was dangerous for all of us. The name sounds like a nice eating place near a park. However, the "Parc" was a small triangle of grass with one tree! I do not want a refund as the cleaning staff need to be paid and they have enough to do already. The descrption needs needs to be updated: NO LIFT. SMALL SPIRAL STAIRCASE TO THE SECOND FLOOR NO ADJOINING ROOMS OR TWO CLOSE TO EACH OTHER THE SAME FLOOR!

Close to town centre and pleasant staff.

Excellent location for exploring Albi, just a short walk to cathedral and Museum. Room was clean and comfortable. very good food served in own restaurant.

Parking was a bit of a nightmare. Perfect place to stay if you come by public transport. Awful shower curtain!!! Room needed a second chair and a second bedside table. the lighting in the room not good for bedtime reading.

Excellent location within walking distance of a parc and the cathedral. Friendly hotel staff.
