Old-school type hotel in a hard-to-beat location in astonishing Rocamadour. Room very clean and comfortable. Staff really friendly especially the, incredibly busy queen of multitasking, Sally (owner). Attached restaurant very good and reasonable, serving a good continental breakfast.

It’s a very basic hotel. You get for what you pay: very small room and even smaller bathroom. No wi-fi in the rooms. No AC.

    Very well located. Friendly staff.

The lounge area wasn't serving drinks We had to go to the restaurant across the street.

The location was great on the main street in Rocamadour not far from the lift up to the Sanctuary. Plus it has it's own car park just along the street, a real bonus.

Breakfast is in the restaurant with stunning views over the valley. But there was limited selection of food and no croissants, despite it being necessary to pre-book breakfast….seems the very few people before me ate them all….and the breakfast guy just shrugged.

Perfect location in a stunning village. The English lady at reception was so very friendly and welcoming

There were no tea or coffee making facilities. We were directed to a Restaurant across the street to request hot water. All worked well but the restaurant was not open all the time.

Located at the top of the tourist strip was a blessing as we walked in and there was the hotel. Also being picked by cab was almost at front door.

We were lucky because in early May it was not busy so we were guaranteed a park - but parking is not guaranteed and in peak season this would be a problem.

The position is the best. In the street of the old section. Just walk out of the door and you have the historic street, shops, cafes and the stairs to the most amazing hillside church and stations of the cross. We loved Rocamadour. Drove to Gouffre de Padirac to see the caves - absolutely fantastic and then to Martel for pizza. Great couple of days

Only downside was visiting in off season and the town was virtually shuttered. I wish we'd have known that. Nevertheless, the hotel staff was welcoming, and we had a great visit.

Great value. Super comfortable. Amazing location! Easy to park and access.

Shorter walk from reception to the room which was the farthest it could be meethinks... Also, we travelled for nearly 4 hours to have that specific weekend to experience the balloon festival, which was cancelled due to "elf n safety" apparently, best check before travel.. Very disappointing, not the hotels fault though.

All was fine, including restaurant and food.

Room was large but dated. It was comfortable with a great view from the window. Location was to die for. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a great bar room that we were able to use even though it wasn't technically open.

Couldn’t connect to the internet. Hence, I could not work from my room. They created a massive headache for me!. The British lady in reception at check out told me that there was no Internet in the rooms, only in communal areas. She was pointing at the small sign in French in the reception which had that info on it. There is no note in the room saying that the Internet is not available apart from in communal areas. She was also very curt. The hotel was fine, but at 6:30 AM people started checking out, taking the elevator which was outside my room and the noise was pretty unbelievably loud and impossible to sleep through. Not just people talking, but also squeaky elevator doors loud machinery sounds etc. it went on and on until 10. if you want to sleep in behind 6.30, this place is not for you. Mind you, the location in the middle of the historic ancient medieval city is completely unbeatable and I heard good things about the restaurant. I didn’t get to try it personally because it was booked out when I arrived. Which is obviously a good sign. It’s an idea if you are staying there to call the hotel ahead and ask them to book a table at the restaurant for you. I did not have the wherewithall to do that . That is my fault.

Unbeatable location. Free parking nearby. The French lady who checked me in was lovely! They let me keep my suitcase there after check out time so I could explore without lugging it around. Fantastic view from window. Basic room that has everything you need. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was good.

The bedroom was sufficient but a little basic, and with some small ants to contend with. However, this in no way affected our stay and it was swiftly forgotten.

I liked the communication with the staff both in French and in English, which helped make our stay comfortable but also enjoyable. Parking was available and right outside our accommodation. Spot on. The advice from the staff enabled our onward journey to the caves at Goufrey de Padirac to proceed in plenty of time with a hearty breakfast inside us!

Streetlife was noisy during the night. No ac. We had a handicapped adapted room which was not practical for us, especially didn't like the shower.

In the dead center of historic Rocamadour pedestrian zone. Free parking.
