PhilippinesIt was a bit tricky to open the door to our room with the key. It was the old fashioned key which the owner said was to protect us and hotel from accidental fire Eventually we got the hang of it and we did get to open it easily.
The hotel is only 10.min walk from train station and 20 min walk to the Sanctuary. Very clean and owners are hands on ready to welcome you anytime you arrive. We had breakfast there two days and food was hearty for the day's activities. Everything was perfect. Sophian even drove us seniors couple to the train station. What better way to end our stay.

I was very satisfied with the hotel. Perfect location. Has elevator. Simple but characteristic room, I liked the traditional vibes. Little table, chair, I was on top floor so nice view to the city. I stayed one night, and do recommend!

LithuaniaNo air conditioning so the heat will strike during the day for sure. The walls and doors are not soundproof so depends on how lucky you are with the neighbors. It could be more clean in rooms. There is some stuff which is not used but I don't know for what they keep it (for example radio in each room you can not listen to). I recommend that the stuff of the hotel take one day for revising their hotel facilities and make it better. For example, check the bulbs - 2 or 3 of them where not functioning in our room
The hotel is not big and fancy, but well kept with its history by the owners. The stuff is positive, kind and very helpful. Amazing location for visiting Lourdes, many nice restaurants and cafes around, and Carrefour. It is quiet enough if the neighbors are quiet. The hall (lobby area) is small but cozy and sunny. Good choice for 1-2 nights for this money.

CroatiaThe room and the bathroom are small. Bathroom needs and update, especially the shower. The breakfast could be more diverse (I didn't see any eggs or fruit).
The staff was nice and helpful. Location is good, because it is practically in the center of the city. It is also close to the Basilica of Immaculate Conception, about 10 - 15 min walk. The room was cleaned regularly and I would say the hotel is overall clean. The bed was comfortable.

ItalyHotel du Commerce et de Navarre is what you expect: a cozy little hotel, near the main sites of the city. Furniture is a bit outdated, yes, but the bed is comfortable with TV and fan, staff is always very nice and polite and the breakfast was good for the price. This is what we were looking for, a cheap place to spend a couple of nights!

The location is excellent. Close to the station. 15 mins walk to the Cathedral and/or other major visiting locations. Very quiet room. The bed gets made every day. The staff was lovely and made me a cup of coffee every morning (for which I didn't get charged). There is a basic breakfast buffet but I didn't have it. The room has out dated facilities, the shower is a bit small, but that wasn't an important factor for me. I was travelling solo, and I had everything I needed before I started my Piemont Camino to SJPDP.

United StatesThree of us slept very well and our beds were comfortable. One of us had a single bed with a broken spring and he couldn’t get comfortable. Also there was no fan nor air conditioning which I didn’t mind because we could open the windows for fresh air.
The location was excellent and so was the value. The staff was kind and friendly. They also accommodated us with our late arrival. It was also very clean.

Very clean, the receptionist is friendly and provides useful initial information about the city and they allowed us to store our bags after check-out. The double room was small but clean, so if you're looking for an affordable place to stay in Lourdes, this is a solid option.
