A modern hotel well located for Fondacion Louis Vuitton; taxi rank close by and buses outside the hotel so good transportation links. Room 518 was very comfortable apart from the bed which was a little soft for me

Location is convenient, located in the same Metro line with most tourist attractions. Excellent bakery across and delicious Poke Bowl resto on the alley next to the hotel.

The people at the hotel reception were not very friendly, the ones at the breakfast room were! The room was not exactly cleaned, only the garbage was collected and the towels changed. When i first got there, i wanted to pay for the trip and add breakfast too and i was asked to pay almost 100 euro more! I noticed that and the person involved recalculated and asked me the correct price! However when i went to vacate my rooms, the one in charge asked me to pay again for everything because my payment was not processed in their system! At first i tried to show him my bank statement, but he didnt even want to look at it! I was lucky that i had kept the papers and the bank receipt from the checkin and after i had found them i could prove that indeed i had already payed! Otherwise i would have had to pay again most likely!

I liked that it was close to the metro and a supermarket! The bathroom was big enough, even though the room was a bit small! We could leave our bags there before check!

The lift broke down just when we needed it the most: when we came back from the marathon after hours of running.. no alternative but to take the stairs; only one lift available in the building

Corrodor was too dark for my liking until the light was switched on.

I had a wonderful stay at Le Bon Hôtel! The location is fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options, making it convenient to explore the area. The member of staff on arrival was rude and unprofessional. When we arrived, the gentleman at the reception desk was arguing with another member of staff and did not acknowledge that we were there. Although we had booked via booking.com and then followed the hotel's process and checked in online in advance, (including requesting a cot for our son), we were shouted at and told there was no record of us booking a room for 3 (2 adults + 1 child) and that we should always call any hotel before arriving to advise. If that's the case, what's the point of doing an online check in? The whole interaction was very abrasive, rude and factually incorrect.
