Rooms a little tired,

The location is great for Calais Tunnel crossing, and can enjoy the beach during stay. Few nice restaurants but does get busy in high season. Comfortable stay. We didn’t have breakfast so unable to comment but the evening meal was of good standard. Great secure car park.

The car park was very difficult to find so we just parked on the street which has parking meters which are free between 7pm and 9am.

It is in a good central location within 30 minutes of the channel tunnel. There was a good selection of evening meals and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location amongst local shops, cafes and restaurants and just up from the seafront. Convenient parking at gated rear car park subject to a daily rate. Comfortable room. Lovely courtyard garden bar area to relax away from busy shops to the rear. Attractive restaurant on site. Useful lift service.

Only chose the hotel as it took pets and we were returning to the Shuttle. Room was small, and pretty basic, and the location is on the main street, which is busy during working hours. Not helped by the workmen starting to unload scaffolding at 7.00 am, and we slept with the windows open overlooking the road (fortunately, the town quietens down overnight). Though not at first obvious, the hotel has a decent sized secure carpark in the rear (excellent). Wimereaux itself provides plenty of amenities and good restaurants, but dog owners may find it difficult to exercise pets (not allowed on the beach) and I would consider a different town for an overnight stay in future.

Room - the room was very comfortable but decor needs updating.

Breakfast - I thought the breakfast could be a little better. The eggs were not good and there was no muesli/granola, which I'd say most hotels offer these days. The coffee from the machine was very good however.

We booked because the bar and garden area looked wonderful but unfortunately the service or welcome in this area was very poor and both us and other guests were frustrated trying to have a relaxing drink.

The hotel restaurant was shut the evening we were there so that wasn't an option. We didn't stay for breakfast.

We stayed in this hotel many years ago and it has certainly been upgraded. It is in the centre of Wimereux, we were able to park outside for free on a Sunday. This hotel had tea making facilities unlike most hotels in France which was a bonus.
