Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Location is awesome, staff, especially Mayam, incredibly nice and helpful. There is a night manager as well. Rooms are small but clean and housekeeping is fast and efficient

Breakfast is generous. Unlimited hot beverages and cold drinking water anytime of the day. Near to almost every point of interest in Paris! Restaurants just around the corner. Staffs are the best!

They have many market shops for baguettes, olives, meats and cheeses for a picnic at the Eiffel Tower or on the patio at Hotel Du Cadron. Staff is very friendly and helpful. This was our second time staying. Great place!

United KingdomThe bathroom door is a sliding one and doesn’t offer a lot of privacy, there is also a window into the bathroom near the ceiling (I never understand why hotels add that in as a feature). It’s small but very clean, no other negatives!
The hotel is located in a very nice area close to a supermarket, restaurants and bars. It was very easy to find and the check in/check out process was quick. Being able to go refill our water bottles downstairs was a great perk too, and I didn’t make use of it but there was a coffee machine available to use as well. My room was very clean and had nice amenities.
