The weather was very hot and air conditioning would have been great. However, there were two fans that we kept on during the night.

Drissia was very accommodating and let us check in early. He took the time to meet us on our arrival and gave us all the information we needed to see Carcassonne.

It was all great.

It was in a great location and the host was really helpful - he gave us all the info we needed for a short stay. The apartment also contained lots of little thoughtful and practical touches (e.g. milk and water on arrival, nice coffee, umbrella, toys for the children to play with - all sorts of things which just made it an even more pleasant and easy stay).

Othman made us feel at home right away. Explained on a map the easiest ways to get to the Chateau and other locations. Lovely that things like sugar, coffee, hot chocolate, toiletries etc,etc were there for you. Comfortable bed, excellent shower good size kitchen. Patio was cool and sheltered even in 37deg heat. Great location as it only took us 7 minutes to walk into the medieval city. We couldnt find fault at all.

Othman met us on arrival and was very helpful explaining everything. The apartment is well set up, very comfortable and set up, making it feel like a home away from home. We could lock the car away securely and everything was only a ten minute walk away. Would definitely recommend.

Convenient location of the accommodation, close to the city center and close to the main attraction of the city. It is very nice that the owners took care of such little things as salt, sugar, tea, coffee, spices.

Sound from flat upstairs , but it stopped before sleep so not a deal breaker ( could not get washing machine to work , but this could have been us not understanding it )

The double bed mattress was too soft, but that is the only negative.

Othman gave us an extremely warm welcome with lots of info about the property and tips on visiting the medieval cité of Carcassonne, including a map. The apartment was very clean and, though not my taste in decor, was well presented with lots of extras like cooking ingredients and breakfast items available. Secure parking was great.

Unfortunately we were only there for 1 night!!

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The hosts had everything catered for with shower gels/ shampoos/ other toiletries. The kitchen had teas, coffee, cakes and bread and also extras such as orange, yogurts, grapes. An excellent location only 10 minute walk from the castle but a little further from the Centre Ville. Drissia was very pleasant and helpful on arrival. Thank you

Mosquitos we're an issue, but that was not the fault of the apartment.

Othman was great. Very friendly and helpful. The apartment had everything we needed. Lots of toiletries and extra condiments, even water, yoghurts, and orange juice in the fridge. Location is great. A 10 minute walk to the Medieval City.

The double bed was way too soft for our comfort. We missed a tall mirror with a wall socket next to it. Such a pity that the washing machine was out of order ( we especially booked this apartment to do some laundry before continuing on our road trip), but Othman did offer to do our laundry (however, we didn't make use of his offer). A good addition would be microwave safe bowls or dishes and lids or a dome.

The host, Othman, was a joy. Very friendly and welcoming, informing us extensively about places to see and things to do. The apartment was clean and exceptionally well-stocked, from snacks in the fridge and grocery cupboard to toothpaste and shampoo in the bathroom. The location was perfect on a quiet street with secure parking behind a locked gate, big enough for our VW bus. The medieval city is within walking distance, about 12 minutes.
