The weather was very hot and there was no air conditioning. The two funs provided weren't enough.

A very hospitable welcome from the owner and a small apartment with all one needs. Free parking place, 20 minutes from the town center. The owner provided us with all we needed for a full breakfast.

Pretty much everything. But most of all - their level of attention to details. Everything you can think of was there, which was a very pleasant difference to how other hosts can be. And of course the fantastic medieval city of Carcassonne!

The host was so helpful and friendly, and gave us a wonderful orientation of the apartment but also the best walking routes, views of the old city, and where to find a good bakery. The unit was immaculate and so thoughtfully stocked with yogurt, fruit, and coffee - the effort to make us comfortable was above and beyond. It was nice to have free parking and a great private patio.

The washing machine had not yet been delivered, and Othman was disappointed. But I am sure it will be there and working very soon.

If you are heading to Carcassonne—finally!—as a single traveler or a couple, you really should stay at this place. Honestly. Othman—half of the couple that owns this great apartment—is like the nicest and most outgoing and caring person you will ever get to meet. And he will meet you! No keybox and complete lack of an interpersonal experience! Othman will meet you in person and give you a tour of the incredibly well equipped apartment. It is not a huge apartment, but it has anything and everything you might need. And then some. La Cité is but a short (less than 10 minutes) walk away. A free parking spot right in front of the apartment! Easy come and go. I cannot recommend this place enough! You would not be disappointed at all if you were so lucky to be able to book it.

If you are 2m tall with big feet, like my son, you might find the low beams and staircase a bit of a challenge, but it was all part of the experience of staying in an old traditional house and not unexpected.

Located close to the old city and able to park for free right outside, later in the day. Coffee, tea, orange juice, yoghurts and little cakes had been left for a light breakfast which was really kind and unexpected. We didn't cook for ourselves but everything was available if we had wanted to. Comfortable beds with linen and towels provided. There was room on the kitchen table to play Carcassonne, in the evening!

The stairs were quite steep and had open treads - they wouldn’t stop me from staying again but I would be cautious if there were small children staying.

The location was perfect for us - in walking distance of everything we wanted and needed. Very clean and had everything we needed, including some toiletries. The hosts were great and there was a lot of communication. If you get the shuttle from the airport you can get off at either the Dome stop in the fort. We got off at the Dome and it is a short walk over the old bridge - the view of the medieval Cite is amazing!

This is a perfect place when visiting Carcassonne. It is centrally located and a lovely property. You can easily walk everywhere you want to go. It is well stocked and the beds are super comfortable. It was quiet in the evening making rest easy after a long day. Finally, the hosts are wonderful - helpful, friendly, and communicate well. Our family highly recommends this to you.

The location is unbeatable!!! Walking distance from the Carcassonne site and from the city centre. Beautiful two bedrooms with super comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen. The high light was the breakfast items the owners left for us, water, coffee, milk, jam, cookies!! Excellent!!

Amazing and ingenious use of space in the small house - never felt actually small! Two very nice bedrooms upstairs, one to a quiet side street, the other one to the courtyard. Surprisingly large full bathroom upstairs and a bonus toilet on the ground floor. Very well equipped kitchen, and the kind and friendly hosts provided milk, orange juice, honey, jam, tea, coffee, ... for breakfast, as well as ample shampoo, shower gel, etc. Nicely located with an easy 10 min walk to the old city. Lots of parking nearby, you just need to grab a free spot on the street or in the vicinity.

Great location and the hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful allowing us to store baggage's at property well past check out as our flight was in evening. This was a massive help as would have been a nightmare dragging suitcases round Carcassonne all day.

Everything was perfect. We were made to feel very welcome and extra care to ensure our stay went well. Drissia&Othman are always available and willing to assist where they can. Position was also perfect. Highly recommended.

Property was not air conditioned (at least not that i could find). Although it was quiet enough to leave the windows open, I was quite warm during the night.

Very convenient to the Medieval town. Very spacious accommodation for up to 2 adults and 2 children. Very helpful hosts (although all our communication was virtual) Very nice, light breakfast provided.

The host was extremely welcoming and helped pick us up from and dropped us off the train station. He provided an abundance of food, shampoo, lotions, even hair gel and sun lotion. Of all the properties I’ve stayed in, he was the most generous I’ve ever experienced. The properties location was also ideal - between the medics city and nestled in the told town. The city center was also walkable, approximately 15 minutes. The property was clean and has two bedrooms and two bath.

We think the property did a good job with the renovation. Good bed, pretty good kitchen, and TV.
