United KingdomWas not cleaned during our three night stay. Not a massive deal but kitchen bins were overflowing and it would have been nice to have had some of the used towels changed at some point.
Great sized, modern studio flat, with lovely kitchenette, large bathroom and fantastic balcony, and all amenities provided. Ample parking nearby during our visit in June. Very helpful and friendly staff. There was a lovely park a minutes walk away where you could exercise your dog, and on from the park it’s only about a 5 mins walk or so to the town centre. Also going in the other direction from the apartment there is a hyper market and a lovely Patisserie/Boulangerie, ideal for breakfast. The apartment is in a great location to visit Ypres and just over an hour from Bruges.

SpainCould have done with more information on what was available. It looked like non residents could eat in the development although I don't think we would have done as it looked a bit like school dinners. My French is not brilliant but I think I read that a baker brings bread for sale daily and we would definitely have bought some for breakfast if we had known. Might be worth asking if you are staying.
The apartment was very well laid out and equipped with everything you could need for a self catering stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and as it was in a development for mainly elderly residents was very quiet. There was a gym on site and an indoor pool which were very little used. Easy walking distance to town and shops. Wifi was excellent and for an extra cost there was secure parking on site. Staff all very helpful and pleasant.

United KingdomWe found the double bed to be incredibly narrow & short. Getting the heating to work proved impossible although the very helpful lady in reception on the Sunday evening came and sorted out our lack of understanding of the symbols on the control.
There was much to like. It was safe & secure, extremely clean and our apartment was very well appointed. The permanent residents were welcoming and the location was peaceful with good, free parking nearby. The blackout shutters in the bed room and very modern bathroom with nice toiletries were particularly appreciated. We ordered a pick up meal from the restaurant on the Sunday evening which was freshly prepared, very generous in quantity and excellent value for money.

The property was easy to find, easy to access after a long drive. There was off street free parking close to entrance and even an indoor swimming pool which we could use however didn't. The apartment was clean, big, very well decorated and comfortable.

United KingdomThe Domitys Les Cerneaux was very difficult to find from the address given. SatNav took us to the road as named - but the apartment block is set back along a cul-de-sac approach, well off the road. Admittedly it was dusk when we arrived but in the end we had to ask the local police to guide us there. It was still difficult to locate when we had been out the next day. I think that Domitys should supply a simple map showing the location and access. That would be very helpful.
The apartment was excellent: spacious, clean, well-furnished. A little more detail on use of kitchen facilities and heating would have been helpful. And we would have liked twin beds, or at least an extra large double with separate duvets. The staff were wonderful. We did not have many questions but they were always helpful and smiling and provided us with very good omelettes late in the evening. I cannot praise them too highly, especially as we hardly speak French. :) Breakfast fairly basic, but nice quality, and was only was charged at €9.80, which was good value.
