Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United KingdomThe location is slightly remote from any restaurants. You need a hire car ideally. You need to pay extra to hire bedding. It isnt included. I think it cost us 70 Euro's for 10 nights for 2 families.
The venue was great for families. We had a apartment for 8 people between 2 families. It was well equipped and spacious. Self catering. The pool was great with slides for kids and mini pool for younger ones. The site had a small shop on site but was near other shops. You need a car. However if you do hire a car it is a sensible travel distance from Cannes, Nice, Gorge du Verdon etc...

Very suitable for a family vacation with kids. We loved the pool area. We also liked the house and our garden. But not all gardens are the same. We enjoyed our stay :)

United KingdomThis place could be so good and properly was 10 years ago but with poor management and lack of maintenance it has been let down. Warning do not think you will get what you see in the pictures on here the difference to what you see and what you get the difference between black and white. Basically they have put up nice photos to get you there and once you are there and they have your money they don't care at all. Paid £110 extra in advance for bed linen and towels as we didn't know what we would need and we got a bag of linen and had to make our own beds. Staff are No particularly English friendly Staff all seem over worked and feed up Snack bar and bar closes during the day and is expensive and had a limited menu half of which is not normally available. The complex does not own the villas they just rent them on behalf of the owners. Some villas may be better than others which depends on the owners and if they have spent money on them. We stayed in villa K6 which hasn't had a penny spent on it since it was built in 2007 so it is very very tired and needs a refurb but is still sold as a superior villa but it definitely definitely is not. Garden unusable as it gravel and every local cat uses it as a litter tray so definitely a no no for young children Fridge hardly works at all so can't keep food in it had to put drinks in the freezer just to keep them cool. Ground floor AC works now after I cleaned the filters which were completely blocked due to poor maintenance.

United KingdomGeneral approach/attitude of reception/management - everywhere has policies but charging for linen for a house with beds seems a bit nuts and then 10am check out and no facility for a late check out because "cleaners were going in at 10am"...they didn't, we checked. Also reception closed 12-2pm at the point our transfer was picking us up so couldn't open the security gate as we'd checked out and given fob back. Reception said sorry nothing they could do (well apart from not have a 2 hour lunch or just offer to let us out) so they said we would just need to wait for another resident to let us out. In the end after 10 mins we went to the pool and asked another family to let us out. Just a few strange little things that add up to sour it a bit. One other thing - the whole complex needs a bit of a refresh...it's a bit tired in terms of decor, mattresses v old, pool cleanliness and its like it was last updated 10 yrs ago. You get what you pay for I suppose and we kind of knew it wouldn't be gleaming and brand new from the pics.
Pool complex was great for the kids, bar food although only served in the evenings, was really good. Location was decent, close to a few smaller towns with an Aldi and several bakeries within 2 mins drive. Also had a small shop and launderette on site which was handy.

United KingdomThere was no on site shop The bar was only open at specific times and not every day same with bar snacks The chalet didn’t feel that clean, the mop stored in the bathroom was very overdue a change of head and the drains smelt Having to hire bed linen and towels felt annoying. The bed sheets provided didn’t fit the bed properly and kept coming off if you moved even the tiniest bit in the bed As we are travelling with a 4 and 2 year old we booked this site as we thought there would be lots going on eg entertainment, games, kids club etc but it seems there is only such activities during July and August.
