Can be very noisy from floor above when chairs etc are moved. 20 mins walk into town, no shops and very few restaurants nearby.

Restaurant lacked atmosphere and tables too close together. Also, service was very slow - over 50 minutes between time of order and serving of food - quality of food good, although EU 95.00 for one course and one beer each.....???

As previously stated the apartment would benefit from upgrading in particular the bathroom where the shower was overhead the bath with no grab handles available to assist getting in and out making it difficult for older people to get in and out safely. No information was provided within the room on nearby restaurants, bus services, supermarkets etc. without going to the hotel reception. We expected more from the accommodation as it was within a 4 star Thalasso Hotel complex.

We chose an apartment to allow us more freedom and choice of eating in or out. The apartment was clean, comfortable and large and provided all necessary equipment for our stay. However I would suggest the apartment required redecoration and facilities upgraded as there was evidence of wallpaper peeling and chipped paint work.

I didn’t like that you only get a room clean one in a 10 day stay the hob was awkwardly positioned in the kitchen

There was no welcome pack which was disappointing. The exterior of the property badly needs to be painted. The restaurant didn’t have much choice and is quite expensive. Would have preferred a walk in shower to a bath.

The property is very near Concarneau town centre and close to some excellent beaches. It also has its own outdoor swimming pool. There is free parking for residents on site. We had a lovely view from the balcony of our apartment.

Absolutely perfect location. 2 minutes from beach and the sea. Lovely free pool a big bonus too. Everything you need to cook and a lovely balcony to eat out on watching the sunset. Would recommend.

thé appartement was a bit dull and dark I wouldn’t want to spend too much time there as balcony furniture was a bit uncomfortable too

Apartment blocks 4 & 5 would benefit from an exterior coat of paint. Other than that, the place is fabulous.

Lovely apartment overlooking the sea. Fully equipped. Plenty of parking. Heated outdoor pool Restaurants nearby. Nice 20/30 minute walk along coast to town centre ( plenty of free parking in back streets if you drive.)

Compared to a thalassemia hotel the residence is basic all very plush in public areas but the apartments are poor, mine had cobwebs,plastic/ cheap faux leather furnishings lack of any quality .Especially for the price per night.

we stayed at the rented apartment and although the main thing is that we slept well, there are some hiccups in the apartment. - the couch in the living area was shedding into tiny messy pieces. we had to sweep the floor twice a day as it looks very dirty since it’s black faux leather sofa. - Im not sure if it’s space saving but, when you step into the room, the bunk bed is literally beside the entrance. lucky we didn’t have noisy neighbors or you’ll literally hear every footstep in the hallway. - this is the only apartment-hotel that we’ve been to where there were not even any trace of coffee provided. - the hair dryer has to be collected at the reception if you need one - the bread toaster is tinier than the one we have in a campervan. you have to slice up your baguette tinier than usual.

Location. A few steps away from the newly built park of 2019 and very close to the ocean. Perfect area to watch the sunset.

apartments are very badly designed, especially the space that’s called a kitchen….no bench space and cupboards are so high up you can’t reach most things inside. There is no oven, only a cooktop tucked into an alcove and a microwave. There is no wardrobe in the main bedroom so if there were more than two of you there you’d have to share the one in the second bedroom. The shower in the main bedroom is badly designed. if you bump the taps as you turn around you are either scolded by extremely hot water ( unsafe temperature) or frozen by cold water.

the staff, friendly, helpful, willing to go the extra mile the bedrooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. midweek there was a change of bedding and the apartment was cleaned
