United KingdomThe English language tv channels did not work and WiFi rather unstable. When it worked it was good.
Spacious clean room, very comfortable bed. Handy parking, nice buffet breakfast and relaxed bar environment. The spa and hydrotherapy facilities at the hotel were excellent, relaxing massage followed by time in the hydro space.

SingaporeWe arrived after an hour drive much earlier than our check in as we had a massage booked at the spa. We were very thirsty but there was no welcoming water. We were told to wait in the bar as someone would come but there was no one there table was with crumbles from previous guests and so was the floor. We head down to the spa still thrust 20’ after.
Fully renovated , spacious room with comfortable bed and nice view from the balcony to the pool and environment around. Breakfast is ok with a fair choice of fruits breads and other.

The hotel is located well, the restaurant, bar, pool all are with amazing views and relaxation is promised. The restaurant has excellent food, breakfast is sufficient. The pool has both beds and shade which allows you to spend the day around it. The spa ladies are welcoming and offer a variety of treatments

United KingdomThe rooms are dog friendly, but the restaurants are not , even outside on the terrace. We could not eat at the restaurant, as we couldn’t leave our dog in the room. The area outside Villa Louise was muddy and dusty and wasn’t cleaned during our stay. The rooms are beautiful though , as is the swimming pool and gardens.
Beautiful, quiet location away from the crowds of Sarlat. Near the Dordogne river bank and easy to go for a swim at Vitrac port.

United KingdomThe gardens are not as well kept as they should be and it’s such a shame they’ve shut the golf course and driving range. The wine is too expensive. In the area wine is not marked up massively but the hotel does put a big mark up on so what should be a 25/30 euro bottle is 45 euros

United KingdomThe lack of choice and variety for dinner and room service, especially for vegetarians, but there are lots of places to eat with a 15 minute drive. Unable to eat and drink around the pool.
We had a fantastic stay. The location is stunning (especially if you have a car), and the grounds are peaceful and well-kept. Our suite was spacious, comfortable, and had a large terrace with amazing views. Breakfast had a wide variety and was excellent in quality. The pool area was quiet and never crowded, perfect for relaxing. The spa was also great — well-organized with daily one-hour bookings that kept it calm. We loved our couples massage and the Nuxe products throughout. Staff were warm and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. We’d definitely return.
