Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaThe internet is slow, and mobile phone reception weak.
We stayed in the separate flat with two bedrooms and kitchenette at the edge of the property. Nestled among the vineyards it was very quiet. It was high summer, but the airconditioning worked well and the house was cool and fresh. We really enjoyed the large pool available to all the guests. Domaine de Paguy is a working farm producing Floc and Bas-Armagnac of great repute, and the warm and friendly owners offered us a tasting and a detailed explanation of the armagnac distillation and maturation process. The cellar is underneath the manor house. Would definitely stay here again.

What a fantastic place! Great hosts, amazing location, comfortable rooms with a nice bathroom, nice breakfast with homemade cakes. And the cherry on the cake was really the armagnac! We absolutely loved this place and it's a pity we couldn't stay longer. We will be back though!

United KingdomUnfortunately on Booking.com it was advertised to have a charging point for the electric car but it didn't!! it was extremely disappointing for us, as we only had hired electric car for this reason! We missed a wine tasing event on the day of arrival because we had to drive around and find somewhere to charge the car. Also the swimming pool was not still up and running at the time of our visit.
Myriam is a fantastic and kind host, very helpful and doing her best to accommodate your requests, very clean room, bathroom and shower were spacious and great.
