Everything. Fabulous gardens. Clean well appointed rooms. Stunning mansion conversion with new built stable/courtyard style area where our room was. Staff were attentive, chatty and polite. Food was fabulous. Would return in a heartbeat.

The corridor to the rooms, just a bit gloomy

The setting, the garden, the comfort and the restaurant, serving beautiful fresh interesting food, for dinner and breakfast. So easy to go by metro into Toulouse.

Hotel was a good distance out of Toulouse, taxi often needed. Good metro service but bus service from metro to hotel finished about 8pm. Expected to be staying in chateau, but our room was in a modern building nearby. It was lovely but not quiet as we expected.

We had the window open and we heard some planes - but we slept well.

It is convenient for a visit to/departure from Toulouse. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were charming and helpful.

Maybe it’s a French thing, but no hand washing facilities in the toilet which is separate from the shower. The food is good, but a choice of 2 dishes on each course, so not great for youngish kids who have the option of a single dish and dessert.

Route guidance (Google and Apple) took us to a rear, closed entrance used for rubbish collection. We quickly realised the route guidance error and another two ‘manual’ minutes and around the corner a rather grander entrance to the main property.

Wonderful parkland setting and a very good room indeed. Loved the placement of local art. Staff helpful and polite. Breakfast good enough. Solid 4-star hotel with excellent manager.

Booked a concert that was cancelled but still stayed at the hotel. We enjoyed the stay and carried on to Carcasonne

No restaurant when we arrived on Sunday but nobody thought to tell us. No comfortable bar and really I think this a conference hotel. The whole place felt dead and massively overpriced. We could have stayed in a budget hotel down the road and got a better experience.

Most of the rooms are in an adjacent modern block and are a little like a travel lodge. Great breakfast.

we were only there for one night. we arrived late and left at 10.00, it was raining so we didnt experience all there was to offer at this location. We found it a difficult location to find.

The atmosphere was rather miserable and it was down to the clientele rather than the staff. Dinner on the terrace was nice, but we didn’t feel that the food was particularly good and it was slightly arrogant to have such a small choice (a small menu is often a good sign but this was too limited).

It had a large park-like garden which was lovely to walk our dog in. We stayed in a lovely large room in the main house and it was nice to be able to sit out on the terrace to have dinner. The staff were polite and friendly.

The main building was very bland (dinning room etc) the rooms were nice but the inside of the dining facility was very basic. The staff was nervous, polite but seemed confused.
