Lovely welcome! Transferred into main hotel Beau Site across the road. Beautiful old hotel with great modern facilities.

    Nothing we didn’t like

We booked a the 3 bedded room with kitchen corner and balcony for our 6 night stay. We had plenty of space and a phantastic view down the valley. The hotel is conveniently located for accessing local public transport and the historic centre of Argeles-Gazost with many shops and restaurants. We used the bus to go walking around Gavernie (seasonal) and Cauterets.

Whilst the breakfast buffet offered a good range of options, they did not vary over the length of our stay.

A beautiful old hotel with a warm and peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect! The view from the balcony was fantastic. The hotel was on a quiet and lovely street that the hotel was on. The breakfast offered an assortment of choices.

The floor was a bit noisy when we walked on it, and we were worried about disturbing the guests under us.

Charming style unchanged for decades. Location. Staff. Super breakfast.

Hot on 2nd floor (loft area feel) where bathroom located. But not major problem other than certain parts of day

Dolwin was not the name on the building. They were expecting Mr voyagel. Google translate seemed to have changed my name. A little confusing for all. However B and B was lovely. Would stay again. Central for cafes. None open until 7 pm.

I would recommend Dolwin if you are seeking the authentic French Pyrenean experience. The decor and the house is very old fashioned, it was like staying with your Grandma. The couple who run it are very elderly and nice. The breakfast had plenty of home-made elements to it, and the dining room and view is very nice. It was clean and comfortable.

If you don't like old fashioned, you won't like this. Because of the age, everything is a little wonky and old. The towels provided were quite small and scratchy. But approach it with enthusiasm and interest and it's perfectly fine!

The atmosphere is amazing. It's an old beautiful house that is cared for with love. You feel like you're visiting beloved relatives - they welcome you so wonderfully. The breakfasts are a dream, simple and very delicious

Argelès-Gazost is surrounded by must-see spots: Tourmalet, Col d'Aubisque, Port d'espagne, Lourdes, Lac d'Artouste and de Cirque de Gavarnie. We enjoyed the french breakfast. Perfect (open) Wifi
