Ski storage area was cramped and needs more benches. Parking in Tigne is expensive.

Location was great, close to the slopes, next door to ski republic. Breakfast was good with plenty options.

Good location, handy for the ski slopes. Rooms are small as they are in France, if you have stayed in a ski hotel in France before then you will understand. Clean, could do with a refit like all ski hotels. Very comfy beds, lots of hot water. Breakfast buffet was good, lots of choice. Evening meal was soup, a salad buffet and dessert where it was self service and lots of choice. The main meal was changed each night and there was a different choice, some nights it was good, some nights not so good. Beef, fish, pasta, plus a chicken, veal, duck or venison were the choices. Some better organisation in the dining room to make sure plates were cleared away etc would improve this hotel.

Lumpy pillows No room in the restaurant for our entire 4-night stay. We were only told this when we asked to book a table on our first evening after arriving at 5.30pm after a long day of travelling. We would have appreciated some warning that advance restaurant reservations were necessary. No response to two messages sent to the hotel ahead of our stay.

The hotel looks a little old and tired overall - could really use an upgrade. The bar needs a better food menu, it is not at all good if you want just a bite to eat.

Night porter was nowhere to be seen when we needed access to ski room and parking garage at 6:30 am when we had to leave.

Had trouble booking into restaurant as they kept saying that they were full even though we were guests and had no option other than B and B at time of booking. Small rooms.

It is all rather dated interiors, very much in need of refurbishment.

Location right opposite the piste, just 2-3 minute walk to get on the ski lift. Restaurant was good, excellent breakfast and the dinner (30€ per adult €12 per child) was good quality and good value for money. I had an accident on the first day which meant I had to spend the rest of the week in bed. The staff were very helpful in organising a larger room, allowing my husband to bring meals on trays and allowing us to have the room for longer on the last days

Hotel was not reachable over phone or email before we arrived, even multiple trials. No parking space! Once we came, the reception guys (which were very friendly) explained, that we should have called to book some parking space before arrival.....very funny. We had to park our cars about 1km away. Its time to renovate the rooms and showers.
