We were given a top floor room (6) which had lovely views over the church, but which did not have a walk in shower, rather a shower fixture over the bath with a low ceiling. Despite that we managed, and to be honest, the constraints of the building meant that it would not be possible to have a walk-in shower in room 6.

Location was delightful in Saint-Servant. Beautifully restored building with excellent internal design by the owners. Cuisine by Florence was superb not only flavour but presentation. Welcoming small team where Florence (owner with husband) helped by Pauline and Pierre.

The shower in the family room has no shower curtain and so the floor gets soaking after the whole family has showered. If the room has been designed to get wet it would be ok but that is not the case as there is nowhere for the water to go. Also no towel rail to put towels.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful little village, and we had a nice little walk around. The service was outstanding and the dinner was excellent.

Shame not more people there to enjoy all that the hotel had to offer

Fantastic host who turned out to be a sensational cook. She provided delicious meals in her fantastic, quirky and yet beautiful hotel that is located in a wonderful romantic and ideallic French village. It’s like something out of a movie.

This has been our go-to stop travelling between Brittany and Spain. It's a beautiful boutique hotel in a classic French medieval village. The evening dinner is a must and the breakfast is an absolute winner. After a hard days drive, the pool is most welcome and a beer at the poolside, heavenly. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming. After our most recent overnight stop, we have decided, next time, to spend a bit more time here to allow us explore the area.

Lots of stairs which is inevitable. Fairly pricey for an overnight stay. We were lucky to park opposite- not sure where we would have parked in some of the other streets.

The room was comfortable and had all we needed. Located in the heart of the charming village, we parked directly outside. Breakfast was great and the dinner was beautifully cooked. I loved the Thai beef which was really delicious. Aircon in the room made for a very good sleep inspite of the hot and humid weather.

A very lovely location in a pretty little town. The area suited for walks in nature. The hotel room was very quiet, and had airconditioning. It was ideal for a good night's rest. There was an outdoor swimming pool. We really enjoyed our poolside breakfast outside on patio under the trees. The host/owner was friendly.

Nothing really. Maybe more plugs for all our IPhones, iPads and general electronic paraphernalia, but no big deal.

Modest façade conceals a quirky but tasteful interior. A bit like the Tardis - Much bigger inside than you would expect. Breakfast better than usual croissant and coffee. Aircon a merciful blessing during the heatwave.

Lack of drawers or shelving for clothes. No fridge. No outside space to sit in the evening if you weren’t dining at the hotel.

Liked the sympathetic and interesting mix of old and modern design throughput the property. Unique. Lovely staff. Fabulous food.

Nothing to dislike - although there were a lot of stairs!

Chic modern interior in a lovely historic building. Large room. Comfy bed. Great bathroom. Very clean. A warm welcome and friendly staff. Exquisite dinner and breakfast. The view from our window of the XII century church was gorgeous.

There is no lift but we knew. But this is a good reason for working out :-)

When we arrived there was nobody and the door was closed but when we called the owner came directly and we could check-in. The place is small but beautyfull for a walk of a few minutes. it is very quiet which is what we wanted. the dinner is absolutely delicious. it feels very cosy. For a few days it might not be the place to be but for passing by during travel it is seriously great.
