As I find with all hotels in France, the rooms here are basic and low budget. But clean at least! Breakfast was ok, just average but again on par with most places in France.

The location is as stunning as it looks in the pictures! Hotel is well presented, clean and comfortable with free parking and WiFi. Beautiful little pool plus swimming in the lake is easy and encouraged from the back of the property.

Cleaning is very weak. Many bugs in the room. Breakfast could be better. Communication was weak. Rooms need renovation.

we did not book a lakeside room and the proximity to the road that is busy with traffic early in the morning, means it is not very peaceful . If we were to travel again in the summer, a lakeside room would be preferable at a supplement. Bathroom basic but acceptable except for the mould in the shower - there is no excuse for this, it is simply poor housekeeping. I assume that the rooms are not checked after cleaning as it takes weeks/months for mould to build up on the grout and tiles .

There was no shower curtain in the bathtub unfortunately, which really makes it difficult not to create a mess in the bath… (didn’t know that this was still a thing)

The location of the hotel is amazing with it’s own little harbor, the restaurant as well with its beautiful views onto the lake - the food was delicious and fresh (thanks for helping with gluten-free options)! Unfortunately I couldn’t taste the breakfast as I had to leave at 6am in morning already.

Not much of a complaint, but in hot temperatures the room could be a bit stuffy without aircon, opening the balcony window is letting the noise of the nearby mainroad in. After midnight though there is less noise....

Location on the lake of Geneva cannot be topped. There are inexpensive rooms with garden view, half the price of rooms with lake view. The rooms are standard for French old style buildings, no air con, but lots of ..patina... ;-). The restaurant at the very lake front and the stylish service of the two young people was fantastic, the made the very nice meal even better.

The shower could have a curtain, room door slightly difficult to open/close, the rooms with garden view can be quite noisy during night as they face as well the street.

We booked a suite for €290. Instead of a proper double bed, there were two single beds pushed together, each made up individually, plus another bed in the corner. This made it far from ideal for a romantic getaway. The room also had a terrible sewage smell, and we had to keep the balcony door open just to make it bearable. There was no proper shampoo or conditioner, only an all-in-one dispenser. A coffee machine was provided, but only with paper cups, which felt cheap. No complimentary bottled water, no minibar with drinks for purchase, just paper cups by the sink. The view from the room was truly amazing, but it feels like the high price was only for the view. Overall, there was no sense of hospitality at all.

The building is right on the lakefront, offering amazing views. The restaurant overlooking the lake was excellent, with two very kind gentlemen providing great service. The menu was well thought out and offered at a very fair price.

The staff seemed uninterested to help especially the front desk lady, it was like we were bothering her to even be there. The place was falling apart in many aspects and needs rennovation like the chipping paint and stained floors.

One very small and ineffective fan in the room, busy road so unable to keep the window open making it too hot to sleep. No availability to have a late check out. Breakfast looked empty and unappealing one hour before it finished. 7€ for a bottle of water. Hair in the shower.
