Slightly dated rooms, but not a big issue. No lift, much to my husband’s dismay.

Don't like the system with the key having to hand it in and then ask for before going back to room - Rooms a bit dated but in fact this is accounted for in the good price and also are still extremely comfortable and exceptionally clean with facilities many other hotels don't have such as an excellent fridge. And all these above are not an issue really - the only thing that bothered me was the music at the pool - it was weird and trippy - in fact I could not stay at the pool because of it and unfortunately it affected my terrace experience too .

Ambience, a true French experience, excellent housekeeping services, amazing pool and facilities at pool, good location walking distance everywhere. The grounds and the pool are exceptional and without doubt are the best in the area .

Great hotel with a fantastic pool area for relaxing and drinks after a day at the beach. Great breakfast in the garden and always perfect support from the staff. Quiet and nice hotel within walking distance of lovely beaches. A short Uber ride from Antibes and Cannes. We absolutely will come back with some good friends in the future, hopefully next autumn!

Felt questioned about why I was there as a solo traveler as the place seems to cater to a specific type of clientele. But it was a really beautiful place so that didn’t matter so much to me.

The shower could have been more powerful.

We loved the pool, gardens and welcome from all the staff. The hotel is a little old fashioned, but the triple room we had was spacious with effective air conditioning. The hotel was also very clean and the pool area immaculate.

Breakfast was quite expensive for what it was. It’s a little run down (carpets need replacing). But if you look past that it really is a lovely old building with lots of character.

It was written in our room description that we will have a longer bed more than 2m, that is why we took a better room. Unfortunately, it was very short for height 180-190 cm legs were in the air. And the staff was not very pleasant, they did not want to solve this problem anyhow and just said that they have such beds in France... The cost of breakfast was 15 euro (just coffee, jams, breads) if you want to have a boiled egg or some ham, you need to pay extra, so we took the breakfast only once, because it is overpriced for this.

My room was a little on the small side. Fine for me as a solo traveler but can imagine hard for 2 so pay more for a larger room.

Gorgeous property set among beautiful gardens and perfect for relaxing. The staff were also so nice too and the breakfast very good.

There is no lift to upper floors, which could be a problem for some.

A beautiful old house. So much character and art. Set in beautiful grounds. The pool area is gorgeous and private.

Staff were lovely and helpful, even when we arrived a day early and late at night! The hotel is actually more modern than the photos make it seem and is very comfortable. Pool area is lovely with a bar and food etc.

Hotel Mimosa was an unexpected gem, beautiful first impression with the gardens and the pool, friendly staff and good location, just a 5 minute walk to the beach. It was lovely to have breakfast on the terrace in the sunshine.

The hotel is a fair walk down a hill to the beach and restaurants, which means you have to walk back up the hill to return to the hotel or get a taxi back.

This hotel is an oasis of calm , the gardens and swimming pool are excellent . The staff are all very friendly and helpful. My wife and I would stay here again.

Everything was perfect.
