Our only issue was a lack of knowledge of how to get the shower to work! Could have use a "How Ro Operate"? guide.

There was a special deal on a combined dinner and breakfast and the food was excellent and pletiful! The pool was refreshing and everyone was so kind.

I liked this place! It's a beautiful setting on the river. It is a little funky...quirky, but I liked that. It feels like an old mountain lodge. It's had some renovations but most of it feels a little worn but not bad. We had a somewhat small room but it had a beautiful view and large windows and a great deck which we didn't use. The restaurant is good and it's a beautiful serene room right on the river with windows all around. The owner is nice and speaks a little English but prefers French. The staff is also very nice. The beds were comfy. The rooms were surprisingly quiet although that may have been more about us having quiet neighbors. Overall, it felt like a find, particularly for the money and I'd go back. Very close to Peche Merle cave. Beautiful little town as well. La Popie, which was where we had wanted to stay, was overrun with tourists. Glad we found this place instead.

Room was nice, clean and good location. The restaurant was very good food was delicious. The manager went out of his way to collect our luggage as it was taken to the wrong location. We really appreciated him doing this as we were walking and it was 30 mins each way.

The building it self is obviously old and just a bit tired externally,but do not be put off,it was great and we were well looked after. Free parking on site

The hotel was well placed for numerous attractions.Our room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Having a restaurant was good as there was limited other choice open in the village during our stay.It had a good choice and was good value. The restaurant staff were great.

Lovely hotel with a very large room! We also had a very lovely meal on the balcony looking over the river. Last but not least, it is walking distance from the Grotte du Pech Merle....but not thet 15-20 mins, like they tell you. Maybe if you are a flying goat, you can get there in that time!!! Haha. . We are quite fit and it took us @ 40 mins on a pretty narrow and steep way, well worth it though; the cave is AMAZING!
